Keep balcony doors closed at night. Got eaten alive by mosquitoes! Staff are extreamly friendly.

Lovely resort, our second time of visiting and although a little more developed than the first time, still great with plenty of restaurants and tavernas to choose from without being too commercialised or 'made for the Brits'!

We had the cleaners every other day and the sheets were changed all the time which was very good. There was not much entertainment except the Karaoke twice a week which was a really good night (make sure you make friends with the other guests and it will make it much more fun), when we left we found out they was going to start quizes and other entertainment which would of been better. The beach was nice and clean but the walk back was a bit much after spending the day doing nothing.

The resort was very clean and well looked after. The entertainment was alright, but after a while, you got a bit sick of the karaoke. We didn't stay in the resort in the evenings, we went out to the town, then every evening we would go back and have a few cocktails in the bar. the beach was really nice, you can hire a sunbed, or go in the clear sea. I would definitely come back here again, it is one of the best family holidays we have ever had.

beach and sea clean and not too crowded [far rightside]Iam not a swimmer but stayed in the sea until sundown it was so clean and warm!
Plenty of places to eat from small cheap snacks to resteraunts serving delicious foods
no need to dress up
ideal family resort our 13yearold had a great time in the Matina games room playing pool and table tennis
oasis snack bar served great salads i had a different one each lunch time when i managed the 2 min walk from the beach
the only minus was the henna tattoo our youngster had done it was expensive came off on the sheets and lasted for all of 2 days but he will go back next year for another

The resort is perfect for families and couples, it is also only a short taxi ride away from the livlier town of Lindos. The beach in Pefkos is lovely and the waters are perfect, and very hygenis and clean beach. The resort has lots of traditional foods. Stay away from the english run restaurants as you dont recieve as good as customer service or the authentic tasting foods, the greek's are very friendly and welcoming wherever you go. Overall a very good first holiday a nice compromise to quiet beach life and active nightlife.

The resort is fairly small and fairly quiet which is nice as you still have the option to go elsewhere for a night out like Faliraki and then go back home to a nice, typically Greek, small friendly area.
Excellent restaurants, really nice food, nice local people and lovely small beach. Very close to Lindos and the island can easily be toured with the use of a hire car.
The bars and restuarants in the local area are suitable for all ages and the food sampled was the nicest I have ever experienced on holiday.
Philisophis is a must for delicious greek food and gorgeous views of the bay, especially around sun set...it's amazing.

There is a well stacked supermarket 30 seconds from the hotel which sells almost everything. The beach is not far however there are around 50 steps down to reach it - not ideal for those with buggys. The resort itself is a brisk 10 minute walk away from the town of Pefkos which is quite buzzy and has greek, chinese, italian & curry house along with several bars.
6-7 minutes in a taxi will take you into Lindos and Lardos with there harbours, pretty cobbles streets and loads of bars and restaurants. There is lots for everyone there.

Pefkos is beautiful and we would recommend it to anyone who wants a relaxing holiday with good food and friendly people.
Close enough to Rhodes Town and Lindos to be cheap in a taxi - don't take excursions with your holiday company as they are overpriced compared to what is available locally and exactly the same quality.

Despite my disappointment at my accommodation I had a lovely time in Pefkos. It is a lovely resort and very clean and well maintained with is plenty enough to do. There are many restaurants most of which are of a good enough standard, I particularly liked Hellas at the top end of the strip. There are some nice bars Ela Mesa is one and the Rock Garden is also good and very clean with internet services. A lot of the bars and restaurants are very new as I believe the resort has been building only over the last 4 years or so. The beach is very clean, not that large but sandy with some tavernas situated above for drinks and snacks.

The stretch of resturants was a wide choice and the greek people were always very happy happy to help. The traffic was minimal and the taxi services were always available alog the main stretch of pefkos. Overal is was a great place and for a short, cheap taxi ride lindos is a wonderful night out with magnificent views. Overal a wonderful holiday and would return again and again.
