I would not advise families to go to San Antonio because the surrounding area is basically for young adults who want to have a good time in the clubs and bars. The beach was to a good standard and was fairly clean but you do have to pay for the sun loungers.

San Antonio Bay is a good resort if you want low key entertainment in the form of music bars with and restaurants. I think it is particular good for older couples or families with teenagers and small children. The beaches are not the best on the island but you can reach excellent beaches by boat taxi. If you like to have a drink (alcohol) it is perhaps a little cheaper on the bay than in the town. There is a good choice of restaurants if you are self catering. I think San Antonio Bay is very comfortable, reasonably clean and safe.

San Antoni Bay is the quiet relaxed neibour of the clubbing centre of the world. We found it very clean with several excellent beaches. The sea was very clean and warm.
Access to San Antoni itself. If you should feel the desire to visit, is very easy with frequent bus services. But we reccommend the the half hourly sea ferry service. Its a dream and only takes 10min to compleat the crossing. As previously stated. We Shall Return.

Loved loved loved this resort. this is the place to party !
didnt like the beach much as there were alot of jellyfish so i tended to stay at the hotel pool.
Booked up for the same place next year and cant wait to party !
PS. Dont expect to get much sleep throughout your stay, as you dont wanna miss the parties or the sun !

We love Ibiza and visit every year, the airport doesnt give you the same problems as places like Palma and transfer times are good. The island as something for everyone and San Antonio is only the Madhouse you read about after the sun goes down and the west end can be avoided if necassary. The Sunset strip is one of my favourite places to chill out.

The resort is beautful, views beautful, very clean.
10 min walk from hotel.
After a great meal very nice every one walkes back and forward.
I gave it 10 out of 10.

i would go back to ibiza again with out a doubt but to a different hotel. beach lovely and clean . cleaned ever morning. not a lot for kids to do but they got by.

The resort was perfect. So much to do in the area, the beach was clean and water was clear! I would 100% recommend it and can't wait to go back next year!!!

If I came back I wouldn't stay in San Antonio a couple of other friends staying at another hotel where mugged walking home and our hotel was broken into and burgled while we slept.
If we came back we would stay in Ibiza town. It's closer to the main clubs looks beautiful and is alot safer!!
If you are a mindless skinhead drugie thug you will love San Antonio.
