The location of the hotel is fantastic, there is a shop just round the corner for all your local stuff and loads of bars etc. the beach is on its doorstep, ok its not the best beach but a boat trip or a bus trip could sort that out and you could be at a top beach (blue flag) The water taxi's were every 30 minutes and where just outside the hotel and cost 2€ to get to San Antonio where you could get another boat to places or a bus. San antonio is great loads of shops, cruises to choose from. We went on a three hour cruise which was good but make sure you take a jacket as it did get cold, also you get to have a swim and the guys chuck in champagne, hubby got 5 bottles which was great. The trip cost 16€ each but our son when on for free her was 2. when they try selling you the trip back at S.A they say you go into a cave and really sell it but the boat just sticks its front it and thats it, but it was well worth the money, hubby also went parasailing which he loved it cost him 35€ and they even picked him up from the hotel, others can go on the boat for 10€ I was going to but the water was choppy when he went and was scared for the little one ( he wouldn't have needed to pay) Hubby said it was fab but he said it looked like he was held on by a piece of thread and someone had to go up with him which they never said and two others went up after them which he wasn't told about either but he said it was a good experience. There bus system is great we went to eivissa (Ibiza town) and it cost 1.55€ each one way the journey took awhile and the shops there are nearly the same as S.A but had alot of clothes shops, oh and avoid any sweet shops the sweets out there in any shop are sooooooooooo expensive and boost chocolate bar was about 1.50€ For any of you wanted to buy cigarettes make sure you go to a tobac shop, there are two in S.A especially if your buying alot, B&H were 27€ for 200 and other shops they were 28.50€ plus. The cheapest english fags were Dorchester superkings at 15€ and golden virginia was 38€, you will not get them cheaper anywhere else you might get offers of free bottle of drink with so many but we don't drink and with 6 bottles of free champagne that was enough. We also went to playa d'en bossa this is where the water park is, we never went to it but we went past it and it looked good, would say tho that if you want to go I would go through your hotel as one couple said they did and it cost them 20€ with direct transport and when they got there it was 15€ each but they would of spend over 5€ each on transport and getting three buses or a water taxi and two buses. all in all a brill holiday and we are hoping to go back next year. word has it the Fiesta Milord is having more work done on it. great happy holidays

I found the resort clean, not much entertainment for my age group, not much of a beach, and I would visit this resort again. The public transport was very good bus ran every 15 minutes to Ibiza town.

Sant Antoni can be whatever you want it to be. In the English enclaves, you don't have to speak Spanish, you can drink English beer, eat roast beef dinners every day, burn yourself scarlet on the beach and go clubbing every night. Or you can go a few streets beyond the tourist traps and enjoy local hospitality, friendly bars, excellent restaurants - whatever you feel like. The Ibizans were very friendly and welcoming. Prices were generally on the high-ish side but that seems to be a common theme in Euro-land these days.

Ibiza is such a lovely Island. San Antonio Bay is perfect for the families and people looking for a quieter relaxing break but near enough to San Antonio to get there if you wanted something a bit more livlier.
My favourite place was the Zinema bar jugs of cocktail 6 Euro and Karaoke all night until 6 in the morning?

The beach was nice it was nicer the further into San Antonio Bay you went.

what can I say about San An , Party capital yes ,also the west end is vibrant, but not really good for disabled as the bars run up an incline so can be exhausting for wheelchair uses and careres.best thing do is go to furthest point and work back down.there is also awalkin medical centre on the promanade I think open 24/7.english speaking as well

The best breakfasts in the Bay were at Taffys Bar just next to the hotel. We were regulars at The Pink Panther bar and took part in lots of their unique music quizzes!! A must for all your quiz fans out there!!! We ate in several restaurants but the one that stood out was the Amsterdam.

This served English, Spanish, Chinese and Indian food and catered for anyones taste. Very friendly staff which made you want to go back again and again.

Taxi rank close to hotel but best way to travel was to catch a local water taxi. Only a couple of euros to San Antonio and a bit extra to venture further to local beaches.

Night life died a bit after 1am ish so if you need more San Antonio is the place.

The road train is a good trip to go on which goes from San Antonio itself 3 times a day and costs 11 euros, but is well worth it as the driver is bonkers. Next to the hotel is also a Burger King, Pizza Hut and KFC.

The Zinema Bar is a good place to get a drink and to chill out, it is right next to the Arenal and is cheap, cost of a pint of lager is 2 euros and a cocktail is 5 euros. The staff there are so friendly and nice, especially Diane and Sue. The Zinema Bar who do great food. If you like Karaoke, the Zinema Bar is also the place to go, as everyone who sings gets a free drink. The main sporting events are also shown at the Zinema, but as when I was there, 2 England matches were shown, so at them times, the bar did get rather busy, but some of the other sporting events shown was the cricket, motorsports and tennis.
