RESOURT
we love S/E as you might tell, its a very quite and relaxing town, and we have always felt safe here, not something that can be said in many resorts, the restaurants street has some of the best restaurant on the island so iv been told, but we prefer to go up to the Siesta Mar, turn left outside hotel past Mariners over bridge and up the hill, there are a few lovely bar and restaurant up here. ... you must go to the marrian to see how the other half lives didn't see any one famous there this year, { but i did dream of owning one of the yachts...yep.....in my dreams}
since our last visit 9yrs ago the beach's has more or less doubled in size, and they not possibly as clean as they use to be, and we did see a fair bit of doggy mess about, think this needs sorting out fast, but other than that we found the resort a lot cleaner that many others we have visited
we did go to Es Cana for a few nights we enjoyed it. but its a bit like Blackpool with sun, drinks and food very much cheaper here to S/E more of a young people resort, but like i said we did enjoy it
Mels bar .......good value
Ring .O.Bells....bit more expensive, but its a British pub
Granada......
located up the Siesta Mar.....very good value on both food and drinks
3 rounds of drink meal for 4 49 euros, and a very pleasant guy too
Also the sea front in Es Cana cant remember the name but its the only place that sells 1/2 leg of roast lamb... 10 euros, but your names got to be Fred Flintstone or a very hungry welsh man to finish it, the joint i bought from kwiksave for sunday lunch the week before we went on hols was smaller...try it...great value for money

Santa Eulalia is a lovely resort. My husband and I had a fortnight there and found everything that we would wish for. Restaurants are wonderful and you can have a three corse meal for 19.95Euros.
Cleanliness would be excellent were it not for the odd local dog owner allowing the dog to foul footpaths. Take care if you have children!
The beach is excellent - a few rocks in the sea but nothing sharp or dangerous.
We would certainly visit the resort again, which we consider to be the best in Ibiza!

St Eluilia, Ibiza.
This resort has little to recommend it in the area of entertainment or shopping being quiet.
If you are not the night club type then in our opinion there is nothing in Ibiza for you.
The holiday reps for once made no effort to sell excursion because there was nothing to sell!!
Boring is the best way we can descibe Ibiza, stick to Majorca or the mainland.

The beach in Santa Eulalia is beautiful.
I didn't see much of the entertainment because we spent alot of our night times in our hotel.
The resort itself had a lot of dog poo on the pavements.

The resort itself has a very laid back feel to it, with a pleasant long promenade lined with bars and cafes. The main shopping area is behind the promenade and a little busier. The beaches were very clean.
We used the local buses a few times, new bus station in centre, also there are plenty of water taxis running from the jetty to cala llonga and es cana, also Ibiza town.

Nice apart from all the dog owners who let their pets off the lead to do their buisness same as u.k!
One beach nice the other one very smelly. Seemed to be a lot of people living rough in a shelter near Hotel Don Carlos, I was told that these people were making their way to the UK, I dont know whether this was true or just another rumour!!

The walk down to the beach only took 5/10 minets. The prominade is very clean and picturesc with a beautiful circular fountain. From there the views are amazing. It has a very clean beach with lots of welcoming bars and resteraunts.

Without a doubt Santa Eulalia is the cleanest resort we visited. The shops are super and the bars clean and welcoming. A walk around the marina is lovely each evening.

A lovely family resort with an excellent traffic free promenade, with restaurants and bars dotted along the way.
If you are spending the day at the beach, try '4 Pinos' where you can rent sun beds and a parasol then get an excellent lunch only yards away without worrying that your things are in danger of being stolen.
