good walks, good shopping, boats + harbour pleasant. look out for the dog poo on the promenade where the locals walk their dogs daily.

Eating out was excellent, quite a few tavernas doing good food at cheap prices.
Plenty of sun beds on the shingle beach ranging from 6 euro down to free !
Lots to do & see in Kos town 20 minutes stroll.

Very nice walk along the beach into the town with plenty of shops/bars/restaurants to visit on an evening

Santa Eulalia a great resort for families as there is plenty to do for all ages. Great place to chill and relax and kids are safe. So good we have booked already for next year (for the 4th year running!)

Santa Eulalia appears to be a wealthy type of resort attracting people who own gorgeous boats. The harbour area is lovely to walk around just to check out the yachts and sailing boats and dream of winning the lottery. The bars and restaurants around the harbour are quite pricey and appeared to be very popular with the locals. One bar we went in charged 8 euros for a small beer and small coke (4 euros each!)
Ice cream shops sell loads of different flavours so it's difficult to choose!
The shops are great if you're a shopping fan with lots of shoe shops. The market is lovely too but we only saw it on one day we were there.
The beach is glorious. White sand and clear blue sea. The promenade all across the beach is spotlessly clean.
I would definitely visit Santa Eulalia again if I were to return to Ibiza.

The Resort was kept very clean
Entertainment see comments above
The beaches were lovely and only a 10 min nice walk away .the hill is rather a slope and doesnt take long at all to walk up
The resort of Santa Eulalia is beautiful and instead of staying in the hotel complex it it worth a visit.
As regards to hotel if you have kids and can afford a little extra to go to a Holiday Village.

Resort was clean apart from having to avoid dog mess.
We stayed in Siesta. We enjoyed lizard spotting en route to Santa Eulalia, although I realise that might not be to everyone's liking! The walk into Santa Eulalia took us past a playpark which my daughter was very impressed with. We enjoyed strolling past the river and looking at the boats.
There is a nice promenade with a fountain. We enjoyed looking at the market stalls on the "Ramblas" and sitting in the shade in the square by the town hall and just people watching. Along the Ramblas, people were having temporary tattoos and caricatures done so we tended to stop and have a nose.
We were pleasantly surprised to find that drivers here tend to take notice of zebra crossings and actually stop for you to cross - but I always waited to see if they stopped before crossing or tended to follow the other people who were already crossing.
I never once felt uncomfortable/intimidated wandering about in the evenings which I would do here where I live! It's a lovely place with a nice atmosphere. I didn't see any rowdiness/people misbehaving.
The harbour area was impressive with it's huge yachts etc. Near the harbour, you can take boat trips to other resorts.
One night we ate out at a restaurant overlooking the sea. It looked lovely with lights twinkling. I can't comment too much on bars/eating out/evening entertainment because as there was just me and my 5 year old we weren't really frequenting bars/eating out!
There are plenty of shops but again, with a 5 year old in tow, I didn't get to do so much shopping. (First time I've brought money home from a holiday!)
We went on the land train which was a really enjoyable trip. The driver was quite a character and joked and commented along the way.
We caught the bus into Ibiza Town which took a bit of working out because you buy the bus tickets in a booth before catching the bus. The lady in the booth was very helpful, spoke perfect English and answered my questions and explained where I needed to catch the bus and what number it would have on the front. (The bus station is behind the town hall). Unfortunately, people seemed to push in to get on the bus but we had a managed to get on quickly and get a seat.
There seems to be a shortage of public toilets but if you ask at cafes, etc. they seem happy for you to use their facilities!
The beaches were lovely, clean (litter free) apart from a large amount of seaweed washed up along the edge of the sea. There had been a storm the day before we got there so I don't know if that caused excess seaweed to be washed up? Someone in a digger was clearing up some of it and putting it on a lorry but a lot of seaweed remained (also floating around in the sea). It's not really a problem, unless like me, you don't like to wonder what is brushing past your legs in the sea! The sea water itself was relatively calm, just gentle swells (apart from the day after the storm) crystal clear and you could see silver fish darting about!
We were sad to leave at the end of our holiday. I don't think a week was quite long enough! I am hoping to head back to Ibiza next year with the rest of the family because I know they will love it.

Resort - Beautiful lovely beaches and beautiful walks
Resort Entertainment - not the place to go if you are looking for "fun pubs" but lovely places to eat a few nice bars ( Mels Bar worth a visit)
Beaches lovely- although quite a build up of seaweed and few jellyfish !

Santa Eulalia is a beautiful place with lots of different beaches and places to go.The town is georgeous plenty of places to eat and just relax in and watch the world go by.Really worth another visit just to see places again and go to new ones. Also worth a mention is Mango s beach bar about ten minutes walk from the Sol Ibiza Hotel. Sit there of a night and watch the sun go down you will know what I mean.
