Hotel was very very hot inside. Staff were very slow. Our room was very small and on 8th floor overlooking the entertainment area.
We found it loud, crowded and dirty, especially the pool. Can't rememeber what the entertainment was like as went to bed due to early flight the first night (do recall it was very noisy though!)
The next morning we saw poster saying if anyone would like to consider it, they would move people to another hotel (obviously overbooked). We jumped at the chance and moved to Viva Sunrise (which was a wonderful aparthotel) that morning. As we were AI, we came back for breakfast most days and for dinner each evening (early so we could get back to the other hotel for evening entertainment). Have to say food wasn't actually too bad, but we had to queue each day, but not for long. We found Marte restaruant to be the best.
Could have been a disastrous holiday, but actually ended up very good, however would recommend Jupiter/ Saturno/Marte complex to anyone and it's put us off Alcudia for life.

The food was great because you could have english food or foreign food!
The staff were the best especially the man behind the bar he's ace!!!

Food is always varied and always plenty to drink.
We like the complex so much we are returning next year even though my kids are now adults with their partners, really looking forward to our holidy.
Some people read bad reviews on the hotels but we have never had a bad holiday there, be prepared for lots of kids though.

(Nice idea but should Cosmos be sorting this out without getting guest involved)
Most of the Guest who travelled with Cosmos were in the Saturno. This is by far the worst of the three hotels. You enter the reception area which is dull and dark and does not give you the impression that you have entered a three star hotel. You enter the Jupiter and Marte and straight away you get this impression. The carpets on the landings were shabby and worn out. The first impressions of the rooms were that they were very basic but clean. The air conditioning worked a treat and was necessary. The rooms were cleaned most days to a high standard. The overall food in the restaurants was of a high standard with a good choice available. My personal opinion was that Breakfasts were not up to much with the same selections available everyday, but what else can you do at breakfast.
We had small children and ideally needed to be near to the pool side so we had to be up pretty early to get a sunbed.
The swimming pool was very busy and on some days you could move. I would estimate that there must have been over 200 people in the pool at any one time. There was a life guard which was a good plus. Overall the hotels have allot to offer. Lots to see and do. There were queues at the bars but this was to be expected. You are limited to four drinks per person but we went in twos and got two rounds (Tip We bought a tupper ware box to carry the drinks and it worked a treat. A good plastic tray would help as well)
You had to be outside before 7.0pm to guarantee a seat for the entertainment so we didn't bother. We did see some of the entertainment which was very average. Bingo is held outside the Jupiter every night at 9.0pm
There are lots of things for the children to spend your money. They have sweet shops, video games rides, bouncy castles, and trips and after 1.pm you have to pay for pedalos.
There are a number of bars and restaurants nearby and the main resort is a about 15 min walk away and is recommended.
The hotel was fully booked and overbooked on some occasions (We were told as much as 200 people) and the hotel was constantly trying to get guest to go to other hotels and villas.
Overall we had a great time but would not return due to the size of the complex and number of guests. I would say that the staff work hard and are generally very helpful and friendly. The complex is clean and well maintained
Finally there is a water park opposite the hotel saturno which cost 14 euros per adult. We went there several times and had a great time.It is not the biggest water park i have been too but for the money is good value. You can have you hand stamped and return to the hotels for drinks food etc.

Good food, friendly staff and very clean.
A different theme menu every night from different nations.
The only reason I would not go back to this hotel is because I like to be nearer the Harbour.
I can't fault the Hotel Marte at all.

It was our 1st time all inclusive and we all really enjoyed it. We is (2 girls, 8 & 5, hubby and self).
We found the food great. Loads of choice and you can eat in any of the sister hotels. Ice cream was available at the bar for the kids. You could get sandwhiches at the bar as well for a midnight snack. The fruit stalls weren`t open we was there.
We used the hotel childrens club which was at the park. They took the kids their on the little train which the kids loved. The staff there were great. The girls made a little diary book with picture that they had drawn in it. To remind them of their HOL. There was loads for younger kids to do there but you do have to pay for somethings like the bouncy castle, swan pedeloes on the lake, tramolines and motorized bikes for little ones. Theres loads of other stuff going on as well.
Litfs could be a pain sometimes refusing to work. But we was only on the 2nd floor so didn`t use it really. There are a few shops on site (general grocery stuff, gifts, pool things and a shop doing braids (really nice). Staff were very helpful and the Rep was nice as well. If you go on a trip you could get a packed lunch if you prove that your really going on a trip. E.G. show your trip slip or proof of car hire I think. We went on coach trips so showed our reciept that the Rep gave us. Book lunch boxes the day before your trip.
The waterpark wasn`t open either while we were there which was disapointing. The shops were great there but we found it a bit of a trek to the town(with the girls) so we got the curtesy bus down to the beach then walked to the shops on the main road. The market was GREAT. I thought so anyway.
The only complait I have is that because its such a big complex they need to do entertaining in the other hotels as well. As they only do it in the Jupiter. Which is not big enough to accomatate all the guests. So get there early if you want a seat.
Lastly I would reconmend the PIRATES trip and the RANCHO (horse and pony riding) trip they were both great.

The food was good and plenty of it and we managed to avoid the queues by going to meals a little later.
The queues for watered down drinks became a chore and there was never a sunbed to lie on during the day or a place to sit at night and if you did stay for the entertainment it wasn't up to much.
It was noisy and very Butlins in the sun...however it rained a lot which meant worse than Butlins as then the hotel became totally jam packed with screaming children and irate parents not knowing what to do.
We booked for two weeks and after the first I wished we hadn't booked the second.
Our visits to the water park, port and town did help to keep my sanity but I was glad to return home and relax.
I must add that I went at the beginning of August, peak period, but I always holiday at this time and haven't come across such over crowding before. This has put me off 'All inclusive' holidays.

Another problem was unruly kids running all over, up and down in lifts and being generally rude. A favourite pastime seemed to be spitting down the stairs from the top floor. This was unfortunate if you happened to be waiting for a lift. The embarassing thing was that most of the morons were English and the Spanish staff probably think that all the English are disgusting.
There was damp in our hotel room in the bathroom and up the bedroom wall but it was not too big a problem. Apart from that you couldn't fault the hotel itself.
