The hotel is a lovely place which was excellent for kids! The hotel was very clean and the rooms where cleaned promptly everyday!
The food in the hotel was nice, but not excellent! However, bearing in mind the fact that the hotel was preparing food for 700+ people!
The hotel staff are amazing and always willing to help, they all know english to some extent!

We stayed in the Marte which is actually the smaller of three hotels in the 'mac' group, Jupiter and Saturno been the other two. My wife, me and two kids, aged 5 and one, thought that the whole holiday was very good. Food was plentiful and varied. Breakfast is served in whichever hotel you are staying in, lunch served in the Jupiter and your evening meal back in the Marte. Drinks bars open at 10am, snack bars about 12pm, fresh fruit is served in a bar by the lake where you help yourself to water soft drinks etc. About 6 different pools to choose from with plenty to do for kids aged 5 and over. The whole complex is very big and there are plenty of staff on hand. Evening entertainment is ok for a week but the whole routine gets a bit boring after a while with bingo taking up nearly an hour at 9pm when the kids are still raring to go! Hotel was clean, food quality ok, and about 1 mile from the beach, which is very nice and child friendly. Lifts are very problematic and it just seems to be accepted they break down. Maid service every day with fresh towels etc. Would visit again but would wait until our youngest was aged about 5 to get the most out of it.

We thought on the hole this hotel was nice, our room was clean and the beds were made everyday. Our Baby was sick one morning, i told reception and they cleaned our room spotless and put clean sheets on the bed. Their was a slight smell coming from the bathroom everytime you put the taps on at the sink so we put the plug in the bath and that stopped the smell.
Food: A great variety we stayed at the hotle for a week and ate their every day.
Hotel location was good took 1hr from Palma Airport. 15min walk to beach but hotel provides a free bus every half an hour.
Hotel Staff: Where very nice good at speaking English. Very polite and helpful.
The lifts be prepared they are a pain very slow.
Entertainment: Very good need to get a seat early it gets really packed. My 6 year old daughter loved the entertainment as well as us. Non stop all day and night. one night it rained so they bought everything inside the hotel and carried on with the show.

We came back from a 2 week holiday to the Jupiter last week. Our holiday had been booked for over a year and we were really looking forward to it. We had heard good reports and the description in the brochure seemed ideal. However, this was not to be.
On arrival, first impressions were fairly ok but as we soon discovered, our holiday was becoming more stressful and the hotel was becoming overrun with too many holidaymakers - more than the hotel seemed to cope with.
We were using the stairs with our 2 year old son in a pushchair as the lifts were a flamin nightmare. If you were prepared to wait 20 mins, at least, to travel from the 3rd to the ground floor - no worries!
The bar staff, females in particular, were miserable as sin and the drinks weren't worth the queueing - and boy do we mean queueing!
We would like to let you know what the entertainment at the Jupiter is like but we are not in a position to do that - we could never get a seat, and as a result, found ourselves leaving the hotel at night and spending money elsewhere.

When we complained to our First Choice rep they said that they wouldn't personally choose to go on a holiday to the Jupiter either! However, if we wanted to be moved hotels there would be a charge! I don't think so - we had already spent the best part of

The hotel was excellent, there was plenty to do for kids. When a child had fouled in the pool the staff immeadiately closed off the pool. This didn't cause any problems as there is 5 other pools to choose from. During the day, shows were shown as well as three choices of entertainment. Jupiter/Marte/Saturno complex was fab. The maids visited your room everyday to make your beds and changed the bed linen every two days. My family and myself never had any problems with the food what so ever. It was beautiful. The meat was lovely and cooked well. The location was brilliant, because just across the road there is the Hidro park waterpark which is cheap and excellent for kids. Even I enjoyed it and I'm a woman of 50. The kids loved every minute of it and were very upset when it was time to go home. The hotel staff were very helpful, when my purse got stolen they gave me back my 300 euros and were very apologetic. I recommend this hotel to families.

This hotel was a complete nightmare. The food was appalling. It was a lottery as to whether you were struck down with food poisoning. We soon learned to judge whether something had been saved from previous day and dished up as someting different! I was unfortunate enough to come down with food poisoning on my fourth day and had to pay over

Hotel Jupiter was one of the worst hotels i have visited.The food was disgraceful.The location was diabolical and i was disgusted with the hotel.
We arrived at the hotel at about 12:30 midnight.It was impossible to find a seat outside, so we had to sit in the inside bar area.At about 1:00 they turned the lights out without any warning.Forced to go to bed we retreated to our room.Only to find that we had visitors.it seemed like we had acolony of ants in our room.
the food was appauling!.My mum was struck with food poisoning.i wont be returning!.

We have visited the hotel Marte for a number of years now and each time seems to get better. We feel it is home from home, the staff are very polite and cheerful. Being a very fussy eater, I would recommend the food to anyone. The entertainment is also very good can be a bit chilly sometimes as it is situated outside but apart from that all in all the hotel is 100% worth every penny.
