We had room 625 on the top floor overlooking the pool. It was perfectly adequate and not much road noise. A bit small but ok for 2 people as you don't spent much time in it apart from sleeping. Lovely modern walk in shower.

Alcudia resort has a lovely beach, but because we went in May it was slightly cold to venture into the water. The resort was very near to the hotel so it is ideal if you have children with you. Unfortunately, there were hardly any Spanish restaurants and in my opinion far too many British eateries. Although pretty, I would not really visit again as not very 'Spain'.

Clean beach, quiet in early Spring. safe swimming and natural dunes 50 yards back with gorse bushes as shelter. several handy bars and cafes. Attentive staff on hand.

My husband and I loved Alcudia, I dont know why people think it is like Blackpool becasue I cannot stand Blackpool!!! Yes there are lots of english bars but you dont have to go in them! We ate at a lovely restaurant (El Toro) near Cheers bar and had wonderful food and the Tamarindo Biergarten also excellent - entertainment also good here and staff very friendly. Not such a good meal at El Loro Verde - wouldnt reccommend there it is right on the main street, not a good meal, staff not great. Cheers bar also good but more for people with kids.
Beach gorgeous!!!!
Was very suprised how busy the resort was considering it was October and everything was open. Port Area is lovely and is much quieter and exclusive.
Would definitely go back just not in October as the weather was on the turn and had alot of storms and bad weather, although when it was warm it was very warm.

This resort if great for people with children. The beach is lovely and clean, the sea is so calm that my 4yr old son was happy playing in it as it is very shallow too. The good thing I found about alcudia is that it is flat, no hills!! Great if you have difficulty walking or a pushchair in tow.
We enjoyed going to feed the fish down at the marina, they are huge and there are hundreds of them waiting to be fed a little bit of bread, the kids loved it.
All in all a great resort would definatly go back!!!

Playa de muro beach is the best one I have ever visited, its fab, beautiful clean sand that stretches for miles, there are no pebbles or seaweed as you enter the water and its shallow, so you can walk along way out.
If you walk 20 mins (briskly) down the road to Alcudia centre theres lots of bars and restaurants and shops to amuse you. Try Bugs Bunnys, its a fab family restaurant and bar, they show all the soaps and football and the pool table keeps the kids happy. The staff are fab, can't do enough for you, we spent our whole week in there...thanks Paco!

Alcudia itself was rather grubby! Lots of litter and dogs mess lying. A lot of cracked and broken pavements. Some parts just looked like a dumoing ground.

Alcudia has a lovely white sandy beach with clear blue waters - lots of space - we went in october at the end of the month and it was like a ghost town - about 70% of hotels and restaurants had already closed. The remainder were closing as we left. We felt as though we were still in England, Macdonalds, Pizza Hut, Kentucky were all evident in abundance. Lots of bars but all offering english foods - very little spanish feel in the main strip, which we like - however for those of you who like your home comforts and dont like foreign food - youll feel right at home.
The Port is more cosmopolitan.
In October nothing was open for entertainment - no waterpark - very little entertainment in resort at this time - although im sure its very different in main season.
Overall we had a good holiday - we wouldnt go again as we didnt feel we were abroad - it felt much too english.

Nice resort for a short break but probably wouldnt stay for 2 weeks . Lots of mosquitos even in October due to being built on a swamp resorts closer to Palma dont seem to have this problem.
