Cala Egos is a quiet resort with Cala D'Or a nice 15 minute walk past the gorgeous Marina. 4.5 Euros to come home in a taxi.

The resort of Cala Egos is lovely and clean but not very big but still found plenty to do. At night we used to visit the Sparklers Bar where we had a great time with the very friendly staff.Only problem was most of the bars were showing British Soaps on the Television.
The centre of Cala De Or and the lovely fishing village of Porto Petro is only a 20 minute walk from Cala Egos.

Resort was brill pleanty of places to eat and entertain, apartments in super location just 3mins from beautiful cove beach where we spent all 10 days of our holiday.

Although it is described as being Cala D'Or the Las Rocas is about a 10 minute drive from the centre. The resort is named Cala Egos and is by far the dirtiest I have stayed in. Nightly entertainment can be found if you look hard enough but Cala D'Or is the place to be. The beach Es Forti was dirty with all kinds of litter and a dead rat had been washed up on the shore which the kids found amusing. We as a family will definately not be going back there in the future.

Athough this area is small we found enough to do for all the family right through from grandparents to very small children worth a trip.

A rather average little resort with some pretty coves around. The quality of the boats in the marina suggest that although money isn't everything - it seems to place some people much nearer the top of the pile!

Cala D'or was a lovely place with fantastic beaches all set in lovely little coves which are great for families with little kids. The place was clean and modern, with great restuarants,Only too many to choose from. would definetely go back there

the resort itself was quiet- perfect for those like us with young children who didnt want a party atmosphere, plenty of nightly entertainment and the locals are so so friendly!!!!

Cala D'Or is perfect for families and for those looking for a more low-key holiday.
There are plenty of bars and restaurants for those who want them, just a lot more relaxed than the likes of Magaluf or San Antonio.
It is a purpose-built resort but has been done very well and has plenty of character. It is also very clean and feels safe walking around later at night.
I believe most everyone (except clubbing teenagers perhaps) would enjoy it.
