We stayed at the end of June. The hotel was very very clean and the staff polite and accommodating.

Entertainment was quite poor but the staff worked hard for the children.

The pool and eating areas were also very clean.

The hotel was totally clean all over.
The food was lovely and well cooked. The variety wasn't fantastic and I think if I'd had two weeks there I would have got a little bored. However the amount of times we even had anything to eat from the snack bar or Pizzeria was minimal as we ate plenty whilst in the restaurant.
The location was perfect for us as it was in a quiet location and that was what we needed as we had our young daughter with us. There was a beautiful beach about 10/15 minute walk away which is worth visiting however we spent most of our week on site as we had everything we needed there.
The hotel staff were okay- they were never rude but their english was very very minimal - we never had any problems with them.
The entertainment staff were great and very excitable. They tried to cater for all nationalities. The actual entertainment, in the evening, was not my kind of thing though.
The children's club was a bit naff and the lady doing it was very quiet and didn't talk to the children much so my daughter wasn't really that interested. However the children's mini disco was great and the children loved it.

I would reccommend this hotel to fammillies with young children or older couples.

I will definately be returning to this hotel in the future.

well the hotel was very clean and the cleaners were the most polite the reception staff werenot very freindly or helpful,well they werevery german orientated.Theentertainment was not good same peopleall the time,we didnt enjoy the food although thetre was plety we ate by the pool at day just went into the resturant for evening,thearea was ok but residential what a shame they could of hadlots of entertainment outside the pool was really nice but most activities werefor the adults,the hotel location wasout of the way u have to get a bus into palma if u want to go anywhere,i would go to the hotel if it wasin a different area but not thebest holiday infact it was our worst i like majorca a lot but not here.

We went to the belevedere in septemeber for 2 weeks and had a good time. The hotel was very clean and maids come in to your room every day. Location of the hotel was ok for us but not very good for elderly people. The bar staff and reception staff were not very friendly at all but the holiday entertainers were first class and tried there best with what facilities they had. We would visit this hotel again becaust we met some fantastic people.

Well i have just returned from the holiday and i was more impressed than i thought i would be. The rooms were ok but depending were you were in the hotel you got different views. The room was abit cramped as the beds were closly together with only a few inchs separating them. The cleanliness was ok but not brillant. The food was great as there was plently of choice and fantastically presented with decorations. The location of the hotel was not great as outside it was a unclean environment but was not a far distance to the beach but there are steep steps. The hotel staff were great as they were always polite and the maids always knocking before entering. The Entertainment was diabolical as people who did not get a table stood infront of you so you could not see a thing plus the shows were not as good as i expected. I would visit this hotel agian but would not watch the shows but sit outside with a drink.

First of all I must say I didn't want to come home from this holiday it was brilliant, money well worth spent!

The hotel was very clean.The room was cleaned everyday and fresh towels given. However the room we had was a little small and cramped together but nevertheless that didnt matter too much after all I didn't plan spending most my holiday in the room. The rooms were fitted with a ceiling fan which I was quite dissapointed about after being used to air conditioning abroad, some nights the heat was unbearable to sleep in and the fan didn't help much at all which resulted in us sleeping with the balconly door open all night.

The hotel food on average was good. At breakfast there was a wide variety of food from cereals to a full english breakfast. Lunch and dinner was ok but sometimes there were some weird concoctions. A lot of fish, pasta n rice dishes were cooked. If there wasn't any food in the restaurant that was remotely apetising it didn't matter as there was always the snack bar open by the poolside available allday till 4.30pm which was brilliant. You could induldge in - Pizza, chicken and chips, hamburgers, hot dogs, cheese toasties etc.

There was a wide selection of drinks behind the bar whether it be alcoholic or a soft drink

The location of the hotel was quiet which was nice. The hotel was situated 10 mins away from Calor Mayor which was a small harbour town with a beautiful beach. The hotel also offered a free coach to Palmanova everyday from 9-6 which arrived at the hotel every 30mins

I found the hotel staff very polite but on a few occasions the bar staff seemed quite mardy. Some bar staff found it difficult to understand what i was asking for and often I got fustrated trying to explain.

We didnt really watch the entertainment as the main bar where this took place was inside. It always seemed crowded and too hot we were quite happy just to sit outside at the pool bar.

Overall it was a brilliant holiday and I would return in the future!

Overall, a lovelly hotel. The maids did a fantastic job and clean sheets and towels were provided daily.
Food in the restaurant was nice enough providing you like pork or fish. The pool was great,surrounded by 3 bars and cafes.
Although the hotel is situated in a quiet location,water parks and palma nova were only 10 mins away
The only complaint i have is that we found the bar and reception staff rude and unhelpful.Apart
from that, everyone in our group had a fab time and we would consider going back next year.

Had a lovely holiday at the Belvedere. The Reception staff were always friendly and really helpful. Bar staff and Snack Bar staff also friendly and helpful. If you are curtious to them they are the same back.

Hotel cleanliness is of very high standard with maids coming every day and linen changed a couple of times per week.

Food in the restaurant was nice a bit repetitive after 2 weeks but everything was hot and the breakfasts were lovely catering for all nations who stay there. Snacks round the pool were also really nice.

Location nice and quiet as it states in the brochure.

Entertainment staff work very hard to cater for all nationalities. Mini disco for kids, bingo, music quiz, flamenco and parrot shows.

Courtesy bus every half hour to Palma Nova is really good and most of the time runs on time. Don't queue as other nations don't bother and you may not get on the bus if you are too polite.

Our only complaint was our First Choice Rep as he was hardly ever on time or ever in Reception where he was supposed to be. It was like playing a game of hide and seek to find him. His attitude also left a lot to be desired which considering his job is to look after the first choice guests, wasn't good enough. If you had a query after his working hours he wasn't interested. Complained to his Supervisor about certain things and in general we are not the only family who complained. Cannot see him being in this hotel for that much longer.

We booked our trip to Aqualand with the hotel which was 20 euros per adult and 12 euros for kids, this was cheaper than the first choice rep and we got a picnic from the hotel which was very nice. You can get the coutesy bus from the hotel to Palma Nova and then a free bus runs from the opposite side of the road to Aqualand and Western Water Park. We got the service bus back into Palma Nova which wasn't expensive and dropped us off at the hotels courtesy bus stop. Marineland was also very good, you can get to this via the courtesy bus from the hotel which stops and picks up outside marineland.

Overall had a really good holiday and would highly recommend it.

This hotel was very clean and we all had a great holiday the staff were great the food was good but it was the same every day.

The location was OK.

The entitainment was funny and I would visit again.

This hotel is great. Just what a family like us needed.

My dad and I went off doing all the activities in the day while mum lay on the sunbed catching a tan and then if she got too hot moved to a shady area.

There was no problem getting a sunbed at any time. And all off the staff where friendly apart from the First Choice rep they had at this time. The food is tasty and has a various choice every day. They cater for everyone at the hotel with a choice of the most popular food from each country.

The pool bar is open from 10 am - 10 pm where you can obtain drink and food of high standards. The only down side is there no air conditioning which meant I slept one night on the balcony with dad. But you will adapt to the heat. The maids clean every nook and cranny and the animation team work extremely hard and perform brilliant shows at night.

I would recommend this hotel strongly.
