The hotel was spotlessly clean with maid service each day. There was not much entertainment for the children but the pool was fantastic and they spent most of the day in that.

Our only complaint was that the food/drinks were limited to 3 drinks per adult and 1 per child for and 2 per snacks per adult and 1 per child. This meant that as wera a party of 11 we spent most of the holiday cueing up as they would not allow more per time!! This caused problems generally with holiday makers and a security guard was brought in at 1045 each evening to close the bars which obviously meant many people who were cuing did not get served. They only had one person on each bar which meant that service was extrememly slow.

A holiday booked 1 year in advance for the the 1st trip abroad for in laws and both children. I found the hotel and surrounds very clean with rooms cleaned and towels changed everyday if required, swimming pools were first class. Poolside snacks very good catering for everyone. However food in the restaurant was ok if you like fish. After staying for 2 weeks the 2nd week was a bit boring with the same dishes on offer. However the drinks were ok for us adults but for children that don't have fizzy drinks it was water, choc milkshake or orange juice.
Entertainment at night was great for my kids with the mini, mini, mini disco, but for adults it was ok if you were on a weeks holiday, as the 2nd week had the same entertainment. Kids klub was ok unless under5 you have to accompany your child.
I found that the 9th floor was too much for the 6 and 4 year old kids but hotel was fully booked so couldn't move us. We then had 2 weeks of battling out with the 3 lifts of which were very small if you have a buggy or inflatables.
Hotel is ideal if you are not planning to go far, and to relax and stay around the pool.

A spotlessly clean hotel.

Rooms are of a good size and there was plenty of drawer and cupboard space for the three of us.

Set in the hills of a pine forest was quite nice, but it is near a main road so you do get some traffic noise.

Food was great, both in the snack bars, pizzeria and the restuarant. There is always something for everyone.

Lovely lagoon style pool with plenty of sunbeds and a poolside bar.

Entertainment was a bit naff, but to be honest we the staff did try their best.

Would most definately be going back to this hotel again.

A fairly low key hotel in a very quiet resort. Swimming pool was lovely with a snack bar open nearly all day and a pizzera open during the afternoons. Hotel was clean and modern.

Has a large room with 3 beds in it, but we had plenty of cupboard and draw space. Rooms was cleaned daily with towels changed.

Meals were fine. There was something for everyone, even the fussiest of eaters. Entertainment was a bit naff. Ok if your about 10 but not really for the adults, so if your crazy about entertainment-this isn't the place for you.

Had a pretty good holiday and probably will return again. If your going and thinking about taking a trip when out there. Don't go through the hotel.

We went to Inca market (hotel prices were 21 euros per adult and 11 for a child). We caught a bus to Palma and a train straight to Inca.

The whole journey there and back cost us 17 euros for the 3 of us.

We arrived at the hotel at 6.30 in the evening and were allocated our rooms straight away.

Hotel was spotless inside and out and the maid gave rooms a thorough clean every day.

Couldnt complain about the food although my son did but he does that at home and you could never starve there because snacks are served throughout the day, pizzas, chicken, toasties and bacon sarnies.

Wasnt much in San Agustin but hotel put on a free bus to Palma Nova and once there it was only a ten minute walk to Magaluf.

Found hotel staff to be pleasant enough considering some guests had never heard of the words please and thank you.

All in all a really good hotel but the best bit has to be the entertainment staff, Debora, Markus and Alessandro worked night and day and they do a fantastic job, we wouldnt have enjoyed our holiday half as much if it werent for them.

We didnt want to leave and usually we're ready to go home about day ten into our holiday.

We will definately go back as soon as possible.

Didn't expect too much for the amount we paid, but we were pleasantly suprised! The pools were lovely - however, kids pool really shallow and other pool really deep, so pack some armbands for less confident swimmers!

Food was fine, my husband and son found something to eat everyday - I am a fussy veggie and struggled a bit but hey, that's what you get for shunning meat!! drinks were free flowing but stopped at 11pm, so at 10.30, stock up!!

The staff are really miserable, but so would I be if I spent all day with people shouting "2 beers!!" not a please or thankyou to be heard! The entertainment team do try, bless em! Be warned if you take part in something one day, you'll be expected to everyday!

Evening entertainment was poor but after a few days of the mini disco songs, they sort of stick in your head and you sing along. If anything, just laugh at how bad it is! The younger kids seem to enjoy it though! there is a mini club, but do not go to this hotel expecting 2 hours peace a day (I was very disappointed!) as the kids are taken to the playground to play darts or do colouring and are free to come and go as they please. There are many nationalities at this hotel and the Brits tended to be shocked by this, but guess what - you're a tourist in a foreign country, what do we expect?

I realy enjoyed this holiday and made the most of the entertainment (after several gin and tonics!) and would go back again. However -BIG NEGATIVE POINT, no air conditioning in the rooms, we spend many nights sleeping on the balcony as it was too hot inside, take a fan or prepare to sweat it out - it really was horrific heat in the rooms!

As said we would return to the Belvedere again, we had a lovely time, eating and drinking to our hearts content (snacks from BBQ, pool bar and Pizza place!) and had the added bonus of sweating out all those calories in our room each night!!

Its been the 1st time we ever gone all inc, we went with some old friends and our 4 kids. The hotel was lovely and clean.

There was never a day pass where we didn't see anyone cleaning. Could have done with air con though, as it was like an oven in are rooms on a night time infact most night i slept on balcony with my mattress.

Hotel rooms quiet small we had a double bed then smack at side of it we had kids bunk beds. So of you wanted to get a bit romantic there was no chance. For are 1st week it was fantastic no ques for bar or food. But 2nd week more people arrived and the ques started, didnt let this bother us too much though, as you could get 3 drinks at a time.

Had to watch the kids like mad though as when got drinks in blue paper cups kids had same blue cups.So if we got a malibu and coke you had to watch out,in case kids went to get there coke of the table.

The mini mini mini disco was great for the kids and the staff worked very hard. Even involving the mum and dads too. There was water polo, darts, french bowling every day which was always offered to you,no matter how many time you said no.

So you did tend to give in on odd few days but enjoyed it when did. Some of the staff didnt smile much and were quiet rude. But others made up for it and made us feel very welcome. I was a bit annoyed when 1st arrived with the staff as didnt get there till 11:15pm and it was like heres your keys good night.

We had been traveling most of day so that was a bad start,as kids were hungrey. There is vending machines on every floor with crisps chocolate and water for 1 euro 50.

This was our first taste of an all inclusive package holiday. In the past we have stayed HB or SC.

This has to be the best holiday we have ever had. We just didn't want to come home!

The hotel itself was so clean. The pool area was lovely - it was cleaned every night after 8pm.

We got a fantastic family room with a double balcony over-looking the pools. Not a lot of storage space for your clothes but you can't grumble if this is the only downside to the hotel.

The hotel doesn't have air conditioning but they have a huge ceiling fan which cooled the room perfectly.

The staff at the hotel were great, especially the entertainment staff who could never do enough for the children.

The food was to a good standard. Breakfast was the usual german sausages and stale cereal but they do have a cook freshly doing fried eggs in the middle of the buffet. Lunch and Evening meals were fine. If you're a fish eater you'll definitely enjoy the menu.
The same cook was always freshly cooking a 'special' every night which was always nice. The bar snacks available during the day were very nice. You have a good choice from the snack bar or pizzeria.

The location of the hotel may not be to everyone's taste as it is up steep roads so it's okay on the walk down to San Augustin but the walk up is a bit of a hike. It didn't bother us and we had an infant in the buggy. It's a great way to stop those extra pounds piling on!

There is a free bus service to Palma Nova every 30 mins which is great for pressie shopping. Magaluf is a 2 min walk from Palma Nova.

You are also quite near to Palma City - the capital. We went in a taxi for 7 euros.

Overall this was a great holiday and we will hopefully be going back again in the near future....

I had great laughs at this hotel and enjoyed my time here.

I loved the entertainment team, Ursula was an amazing character, she got on with all the kids. I met some great friends and so did my mum and Dave.

The staff found it hard to understand the English; the maids picked up my nightwear with the towels, Dave asked the staff if they knew where they were and they come out with a pink watering can!

The all over holiday was brill as it was my first time abroad. I would recommend this hotel to everyone!!!!!

Just returned from hotel Belvedere after 2 week stay what can I say, hotel was spotless.

Food was great but got a bit boring eating the same thing. didn't really cater for young kids. The bar staff were great and very friendly.

The entertainment team were good to watch and had a different theme every night.

We will definitely be going back soon.

The free bus to Palma Nova was good but didn't have to use it much as we had everything we needed on site.
