C'an Picafort is an ideal resort for Families. There's plenty going on but it's not too lively for really young ones. The Beach is clean with a long stretch of nice white sand. The beach was very busy when we visited though. There are plenty of good shops and bars and everything is within easy reach.

Can Picafort is nice seems to be quite a large residential area with a mixture of bars restaurants shops and majorcan housing. If you turn to your right at the bottom of the hill you walk towards the marina which is lovely and not at lively as to the left which has more bars and restaurants. Our hotel was around 5 mins walk from the beach which is long and narrow the sea is clear and shallow and was quite warm during our visit.
We went to the kart track twice as our daughter loved it so much 18 euros for 8 mins on an adult cart and they collect and return you to the hotel.

nice family resort for people with younger childern more than teenages.
very clean lovely beach safe bathing
with a nice little market on a friday
the english bars were much the same quiz's karoke etc nothing to lively.
some great steak houses i had the biggest t-bone steak i have ever seen. yum yum!!!
all in all a nice resort

Good resort for families as relatively quiet. Nice selection of shops and not too many. Pedestrian promenade a bit sad as hotels along this stretch were tired looking. Lots of cigarette butts on the beach. Lots of good tribute acts doing the circuit.

Nice beach but a fair bit of seaweed floating in the sea.
Not as much resort entertainment as I thought there would be. Beware of bars which advertise evening entertainment but when you arrive they tell you the act has not turned up - it happened a few times!
However, a nice resort, lots of lovely shops and eating places. Prices seemed quite reasonable. Would certainly visit again.

The resoat is great plenty to do with the kids and loads of bars and clubs.
we are going back again in october and going out to work next april for the season.

Me and my sister came to majorca for a holiday with our dad and our other sister.
The first night we were absolutely dreading it beacuse of a party that the hotel next to us was having.. I (abbie) didn't get to sleep until 2 in the morning!! but the rest of the experience was fantastic!
half way through our week we made 7 friends and had the holiday of our life here.. us and our friends ages are between 10 and 15 and we all did the mini disco everynight after we were friends!!
it was awful when we had to leave though but luckily we are all keeping in touch and are hopefully coming back next year!
All of the staff were great and the service was fine too.. the entertainment was fabulous and location was the best.. we had a beach on our doorstep! Lee was amazing and nacho is the best waiter you will find!
If you are reading this beacuse you are wondering whether to come or not my opinion is definately yes the holiday overall is a 10 out of 10 definately!!!!!!! We loved it!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Resort very quiet, not many shops, All Inclusive so didn't go much into resort - quiet glad not staying in resort.

The resort was very well kept and all of the pathways clear. However the beach within close proximity to the hotel was full of rocks and there was no beach to speak of and the waves quite choppy. The beach for sitting and relaxing on was a 15 to 20 minute walk depending on personal abilities, or a taxi or circular bus ride away.

The resort was generally very clean our only disapointment was the state of the sea edge. There appeared to be lots of debris on the waters edge which clung to you if you went into the sea.Not sure if it is always like this or we were just unlucky. A train operates daily where for 3 euros you can go on a 45 minute ride around the resort.On the beach men made sand models which was entertaining to watch.Plenty of bars and variety of restaurants along the main beach front.
