The resort is small and quiet. There are plenty of shops if you fancy having a look around. I went with lots of family and a babysitter was on hand a couple nights for me and my husband to go out on the town and enjoy ourselves. Which is exactley what we did. There are a few nightclub type bars that are open till the early hours. Also lots of faily bars with bits and bobs for the kids to do to stop them getting bored.

C'an Picafort beach lovely, nice and clean. Cost 10 euros to hire 2 beds and parasol. 2 guys doing sand sculptures - very good. No body harrasing you trying to sell things.
PLenty of shops and places to eat. Would recommend Blau Blue for duty free.
Used cashpoints,workers in bank very helpful when had problems one day.
Local dr very good and pharmacy used also very helpful.
Some graffiti on buildings on the walk from hotel to beach.
Local supermarkets good very busy but value for money.

Can't really comment as we didn't visit much, only went in one bar for ice-creams and coffee and didn't go to anything else including the beach!

C'an Picafort was a lovely place to visit.
Very clean beaches. Lots of shops and places to eat. Quite a lot of Germans and Spanish on hols too.
Charlys is a great family bar to visit.

The resort is especially clean and tidy even after an all night fiesta it seemed like all the mess was cleared away instantly!
The resort was quite busy in August, however there didnt seem to be too much in the way of entertainment. There is a nice beachfront set of bars, which are a lovely place to sit and watch people strolling by. There is also a main street with a number of British and German bars and restaurants, this is a bit more lively without being rowdy, with live bands and typical British entertainment (Bingo, Quizzes, Karioke, even British soaps!!!)
The resort is a little bit pricey for drinks and food, although this is probably in line with the rest of Spain now. Averagely, you're looking at 3 euros for a half litre of San Miguel and no less than 7 for a 1 course meal.
Overall, the resort is nice and the local bus service is cheap and good for exploring the island.

Can Picafort is quite a small resort but still has numerous shops and restaurant.

The resort is a bit dated , in need of a facelift .
Recommend the first chinese I think its called China Town, go a second time and insist on a freebie sangria. Went 4 times in total , got 3 jugs of sangria free, got fed up of hearing monkey sound all night gift shop opposite.
Don,t bother with Vinicus restaraunt could have flown back to the UK quicker by the time we where served . Monaco the food is good but small portion . the parrot is also good get 1/2 chicken n chips for 4.25 euros .
Try Wotsits during the daytime great food and drink , and you can use the comp for free , I sat on the computer for a hour for free.
There is a big supermarket next to the repsol petrol station 10 mins from hotel always bought loads of grub and booze , a tip use the trolly and take back to your room saves getting long arms. Bought 1.5 ltr sangria for 1.2 euros and wait for it packet of 7 frankfurters for .23 cents. Tasted ok ..enjoy your stay

The best pub is shenannigans in san balo area, Its run by a scotsman called Graham who will go out of his way to make you feel welcome, he has entertainment every night. He does a good maroon 5 song.
