The resort itself is a little quite but if you want a relaxing holiday this is ideal, there are plenty of bars along the beach, and another strip of bars further up the beach.

Very clean with hotel about 10 min walk from beach front. If you decide on a good night out highly recommend Charlie’s bar, western theme with games and entertainment for the whole family. In our to weak stay in Majorca I have the pleasure to say there was no loutish or drunken behaviour in can picaford .loads of shops and a really long beach. If u choose to have night in go to the supermarket across road really cheap. Larger 54 euros 34p per can.

The resort was excellent, plenty to do and see. Shops, bars and restaurants in abundance. Short walk to a lovely clean beach.

C'an Picafort is the same as any average seaside resort. Plenty of eateries, bars and British pubs. They all offer satellite TV and karaoke. I even espied a disco in my walkabouts. Anything more sophisticated would require a visit to another larger resort or Palma itself

The beach is good, wide and has white sand although it was a bit crowded considering it was the last week of September.

I did note that there are a lot of small dogs wandering around, unaccompanied. This necessitates rather more attention to the pavements - do the Spanish have 'poopa scoopas'?

For me there really wasn't enough to do that was easily accessible but it may suit a young family with children who like to spend their days on the beach and their evenings in a pub.

Quiet resort with not a great deal going off, but enough to go at. Beaches are clean and the sea is clear, this is a steady paced resort with some nice bars shops (try the Jamaica cocktailbar).Friday is market day this consists of hundreds of looky looky men with stalls side by side selling the same cheap tacky fake watches, sunglasses, bags and of course the trademark gold plated rubbish do yourself a favour and stay away.
If you want a full blown two weeks of raves and night clubs go to Magaluf or Alcudia.
If you want a steady away make it as busy or as quiet as you want holiday Can Picafortis near enough, we will be returning in a couple of year.

Resort was litter free, but doggie doo doo a bit too much, beware.
Resort entertainment, wotsits okay, but watch your bingo!!! That all I will say as it will spoil the fun for you.
Beach excellent

A new bar the sunburnt arms has just opened up the road, excellent English guys, made us feel really welcome, good luck to them next season.

Resort of C'an Picafort was quite tidy. There are many pubs and some clubs about. Happy hours and bargain meals are almost everywhere.

The resort was a lot bigger than it first seems to be. The beach is cleaned, if not daily at least a few times a week, and is done well. When windy sea is very rough and not for swimming in.

Word of warning, do not think that because you are a marked road crossing, that the traffic will stop. Also bus travel though cheap and clean tends to pack you in like sardines and it can be very scary when you go around bends

The only thing I did not like about this resort was that when I was down on the beach about every 5 minutes there would be a foul smell pass by on the wind. It smelt like raw sewage. The sea was very clean so I dont think it was in there but it did put me off from going down the beach too often.

The resort has many hotels stretching along the beach area, most of which are owned by Germans. I personally don't pick a restaurant/pub because they are showing English Football and TV programs but to some visitors that may be an issue. I would suggest that there are enough varying pub styles to suit all. One pub "Charley's Bar" is excellent because it is one pub which doesn't serve food so you go in for a drink without the smell of food which is the case with most of the other pubs. There are plenty of souvenier shops and the beach is ong & narrow most of the time fully occupied especially nearer to the eating areas. There is a lovely harbour/marina which leads you to a quieter end of town where you can enjoy the cool breeze and meet the local spaniards. When we visited C'an Picafort there was a festival on for the whole week and this meant that there were events on most days for example one night when the air was cooler there was a Masterclass for spinning bikes on the prom with around 30 bikes and an instructor with music trying to encourage people to join their gym. Bands playing in open air style seating with all spanish families visiting to enjoy the event - other events scheduled too numerous to mention and a fireworks display was to have been on Sunday the day after we left unfortunately. Buses frequently pass through the town enabling you to visit other parts of the Island.
