Best rooms are on the 3rd floor of the hotel. From the middle to right the view is gorgeous. Buy/hire a fan as there's no air conditioning.

Magalluf was a good resort for a holiday with plenty of different things to do to suite different tastes.
Our best day out was the Western water park with plenty of good exciting rides and a couple of decent shows. We went at the start of the summer season so we could go on the water rides as frequent as we liked without queing, I would presume this might be different in high season.
Golf Fantasia is also worthy of a mention, a 54 hole crazy golf course set in picturesque gardens.
The beaches at both Magalluf and Palma Nova are very good, with golden sands and crystal clear water, although all the beaches tend to shelve quite severely.
Food in Magalluf tends to be quite samey with a major British influence, although Chinese and Indian are available. People tended to flock to Tom Browns although from our experience the Happy House next door was better value with free drinks and better service for the same price.
Time share touts during the day and bar PR`s at night can be annoying but if you are straight with them they are quite polite.
In conclusion, would consider a return to Magalluf and Majorca

The resort was very clean with no litter. It is a very lively area, suitable for young groups and couples. The beach looked very clean.
We went in the low season so the beach was very quiet. We would definately visit the resort again, probably in low season as I imagine it can get very busy in the summer.

Out of season this is a great place but I would hesitate to visit in the height of summer. A good place for the many cyclists to base themselves with plenty of rides up into the hills or into Palma etc.

Magaluf was a but quiet when we were there with the clubs just opening.
The beach was nice but I can imagine it being very crowded in the peak season.
There are lots of places to go and eat but the majority just serve English dishes. There's an excellent Italian restaurant on the road between Magaluf and Palma Nova that's well worth a visit.
Pirates is an absolute must and it's worthwhile getting the 1/4 deck seats. Crazy golf in Palma Nova is a good, value for money day out. Only complaint was with Marineland - cost a fair amount to get in and we had seen everything in 30mins - although there was an excellent dolphin display. It's more for children than adults - a waste of money really.

We was in Magaluf and there are many bars with good food on offer, we were there "out of season" and I read some where that Magaluf does not close in winter "it just puts its slippers on" this is a very good way of describing the resort at this time of year as I would say aprox only 50% of bars, shops etc was open.
Beach was clean and would be fantastic when warmer, although a lot busier!

Because we went in February its hard to review the usual standards of beach and resort, but we found everything exceptional.
Entertainment, food choice, and bar choice is limited, but because it was out of season we found only the very best and more resilliant owners and operators were open. They have to be good to survive in the out of season months.
Tom browns for great food and service, Jokers for beer and entertainment, and Benny Hills for great dj,s and cocktails.
Theres also a good tanning salon in Bcm square if you want to go home with a tan, about 7 euros for ten minutes. If you go at this time of year please take warm clothing, we had rain, wind, and even frost!! It was minus 2 when we landed! but its still a great time to visit Majorca and Magalluf.

We went in February so not a lot of things were open.
The resort was quite clean with a lot of building restoration work being done to prepare for the summer.
The beach was nice and a couple of days it was lovely so we could sunbathe.
T
he bars that are open do have good entertainment.
We went to a football match to see Real Mallorca it was brilliant a must do if you have the chance. We also went into Palma but went ourselves rather than through the rep (rip off) it was only £4.00 return for two of us to Palma and I think the rep wanted about £15.00. We also went on the barter and buy trip which I thought was rubbish the market is mostly a livestock market and the hypermarket isn't all that good.
All in all it was a nice week but if I went on a winter break again I would choose somewere a bit more livelier

No complaints about anything in the resort apart from the
fact that in the evening when venturing out you are accosted at least twenty times by boys/girls in Viz vests trying to get you into the nearest bar. I know they have a job to do but I'm sure they realise there's a difference between 18 and 48 year olds.
Grab the youngsters and leave us old foggies in peace please!

The resort itself was great for everyone although as usual pestered by the staff trying to get you to go into their pub!
The beach was spotless with plenty of sun loungers and parasols! A lot of water sports all day at the beach! The shops were great also, although got a bit boring seeing the same thing in every shop! something for everyone!
Best time to go for relaxing holiday late September early October the weather was great for first week in October

The resort itself was lovely. Plenty of shops, bars and restaurants, and the nightlife was great. The water parks were only a 15 minute walk and were definately a good day out, and if you do go to Magaluf 'Pirates' is a must see, they have family shows which was fantastic but if you have no children I imagine the adult show would be even better.
