Best rooms are on the 3rd floor of the hotel. From the middle to right the view is gorgeous. Buy/hire a fan as there's no air conditioning.

Been many times before and still love the place, something for everyone. Benny Hills for family entertainment, the strip for young and lively. Fantastic clean beaches and plenty of shops.

Magaluf is getting cleaner as the years go on, the entertainment in the Magaluf/Palma Nova is varied, and practically everyone is catered for.
There are some really good restaurants and some really cheap ones.
Plenty of excursions available cheaply from the local travel agents. Give them ago they are cheaper (but the same) as the ones your rep will try and flog you.
Magaluf is home to 2 waterparks (a walk or short cab ride); look out again in travel agents for special deals.
Similarly the pirates adventure is here, again travel agents (or even your hotel) agents offer best deals.
The most annoying thing is the scratch card/time share reps with their false "oh you've won a star prize" don't be fooled everyone wins a star prize.

The actual resort of Magalluf was lovely but I would not like to go there in the height of the season, especially with my children. There were many english bars to choose from all offering the same sort of thing, which is OK if you like that sort of thing, but sometimes it is nice to get away from it! Marineland is well worth a visit, but shop around before you book, we went for 40 euro but another family of 4 paid 55 so shop around, as with all the other trips the prices vary greatly.

The resort of Magalluf is to me a summer resort as there is not much open at this time of year and the weather was terrible, raining most of the 2 weeks not what we expected.
The beach was desserted 1 week at this resort is enough wouldn't go back again

Went to Magaluf twice last year and going again this year, quality place I love it!! A lot of pubs and clubs to keep you going all night and most open to about 6/7 in morning.
Beach is nice, very clean.

Magaluf resort has many different bars, restaurants and forms of entertainment.
Travelling with children we used some of the many family restaurants and felt safe and happy at all times. The beach was lovely and clean with the sand raked daily.
Lots of local shops sell everything that anyone could need .Additionally restaurants like Tom Browns provide take aways that can be used as picnics on the beach.
Pirates and Western Water Park are within bus or walking distance.
Palma can be reached easily by bus for shopping, museums, cathedral or just a change.
We booked last summer for this August , again taking four children with us.

I stayed in Magaluf and have been there twice now, it is great for those wanting lots to do, there are 2 waterparks, go karts, lots of fast food places and restaurants.
The best bit about the holiday is the show Pirates, we went twice. Do not miss it, its not cheap but worth every penny.
The beach is the best ever, we go every day. It's a great place for families couples and singles.
Go for it!

We found the resort clean and although there is a lot of people visiting it is kept clean. On the one day we visited the beach we did not stay long because the water was filled with peoples rubbish, crisp bags etc. The nightlife is brilliant and although their are a lot of PR's they do not hassle you and if you tell them no they leave you alone. We very much hope to go back to this resort.

The resort of Magaluf is very good for people of all ages. Lots of bars, pubs, restaurants and noticed a couple of big night clubs. It seemed to come alive after 6pm, when everything reopened after siesta! The beach was excellent with crystal clear water, plenty of watersports and lots of lifeguards on duty at all times.
I would definitely visit this resort again as we were very pleasantly surprised at what it had to offer, after going with the pre-conceived idea that it was strictly a 18-30s type of place!!!
