The food is OK but after about six days of pork loins it gets a bit boring, my son ate pork loin and chips for 2 weeks, their is always something for someone to eat and it was always fresh.
we could not fault the cleanliness of the hotel, the rooms were basic but always cleaned and fresh towels everyday.
The staff were friendly but the restaurant staff could a bit rude at times s we heard from others in the hotel i did actually witness it myself one day in the restaurant, but on the hole it was fine.
MMM the entertainment well what can i say the hotel entertainers were great with the kids in that day and at the mini disco in the evening but when that finished and the outside entertainers came in, they were awful the evening shows were a very poor show we found them boring and would go for walks most nights.
We thought the pool was nice but the paddeling pool for the little ones was much to deep, that was a real shame for our children.

You could only have coffee at breakfast. At dinner and tea time you were offered the cheapest wine, beer or water. I went to breakfast once and the meals and staff turned my stomach. Needless to say after that i ate out every meal time.
The entertainment was really bad. ok i suppose if your 3 years old but then by the end of the week even the kids were getting bord of mr panda. We spoke to loads of families there and everyone of them said - wait till you see the entertainment!
Never again would i stay at this hotel.

The hotel itself is clean and tidy, yes it is a bit out of date but for the price we paid thats nothing to moan about. The rooms we found plenty big enough with a sea view, almost all of the rooms have a sea view, and were cleaned daily.
The hotel is in a fantastic location right on beach with pools and playpark for kids. The daytime entertainment was good for both the adults and the children, they had a kids club where the kids did art crafts etc and games for the adults too.
The evening entertainment was good most night consisted of kids disco with "Panda" which my little boy fell in love with, followed by bingo, which is BIG money up to 200euros a house, then usually an act of some kind by outside entertainers, which the majority of time were very good.
The Food, We found this very nice, not only did you get english sausages and bacon, you also had a chef cooking the meat in front of you at breakfast and evening meal. There were plenty to choose from and it never seemed to be reheated leftovers or anything. In fact my kids ate so much while they were there and they are fussy eaters.
A tip for anyone stopping here, if you want to go to the beach you dont have to walk up and down the hill that the hotel is on, there is a lift that takes you from reception down to the pool area, once you are down there you can walk straight onto the beach and town.
The only one thing that annoyed me a little while here was that the lifts are a little small, so when you have a buggy and a family you won't all fit in and have to either walk and keep yourself fit or wait for another lift.
All in all A fantastic hotel, entertainment staff great!! Would definatly go back again!

with children before. after reading reviews i think we had the best deal. the room was great as previous reports, lovely view, it was cleaned daily with fresh towels, only disappointment was that there was not a fridge or kettle unless you hired one. the hotel are very family friendly, lots of entertainment. the pool is too small for the hotel, had to watch my son all the time as not much room to swim and lots of children jumping in.
had to be up by 9 am to get a sun bed. we went to the beach some days and returned to the pool about 3pm.
we have never ate so much! the food was great. breakfast was my favourite then the deserts at lunch and dinner, haven't had jelly since i was young! we will definatly return to this hotel. well worth the money.

We decided to go half board this year as the all inclusive drinks last year were terrible.
They have changed the layout of the dining room so the staff have twice as much to do. Every single time we went to eat we had to clear a table and reset it. Once we had finally got a seat we would be sitting waiting up to 15 mins to order a drink(last year it was bar service which was 100% better.)Also the food was very poor in comparison to last year. But hey if you like chips 24/7 you'll be fine. We ate out 5 days out of seven which wasn,t particullary good since we'd paid for half board.
You cant get a way from the fact that the hotel is in a prime position, it just needs a bit of money updating it and it would be brill.

July 2007 was very noisey a lot of large single groups
playing in lifts banging doors in the early hours. when reception where contacted we where told that October would probably be calmer when we planned to visit again (wrong answer) Food dining routine all changed badly laid out staff couldn't be bothered. Selection of food poor if you like pork your on a winner. and of course plenty of chips even for breakfast. Such a waste of this prime location hotel to let standards slip , another regular a veteran of 22 years was even astounded. Such a pity.

The all inclusive deal is excellent with food and drink readily available at all times (although food from the pool bar would have been handy).
The cards issued for the all inclusive were a bit restrictive though.
The hotel room we had was basic but very clean and the view over the bay was superb. The location of the hotel is lovely with easy access to the beach and resorts of magaluf and Palma Nova.
Food was good, there was alway something for everyone to enjoy.
The Hotel staff from the cleaners, receipton staff, restaurant staff were always polite and frienldy and most of the entertainers were very good with the children, especially Marie and Enrique.
Unfortunatly, the hotel seems to have catered for lots of single groups this year as well as families and we found the hotel to be extremely noisy this time round being woken regularly through the night and the pool area could become very rowdy in the afternoons so the presence of a lifeguard for the full afternoon would have been comforting.
