I stayed in this hotel last year and have got to say was not impressed so when it came up again this year thought I would give it another try, and was I so pleasantly suprised!

The food was excellent, themed nites and plenty of variety (very different to last year), the staff seemed to be alot better and as usual the maid service excellent (those women work so hard!) clean towels and clean room every day, lovely.

As two 19 year old girls its also in prime place as so close to Magaluf and the night life and, equally as close in the morning, when your feeling a bit rough, the gorgeous beach is so close.

Couldnt ask for anything better, if you are thinking about it dont, just book it what a place to live!

I could not have been happier with this hotel, the rooms were large, clean and with aircon.

The food was excellant, something for everyone, even my 16 year old vegetarian daughter never went hungry although obviously a more limited choice than the rest of us.

The location was great, right on the beach, which because the hotel pool is little small, ( we were aware of this before we booked )it gave you the choice of where to swim.

Staff were always polite and the maids did an excellent job. Did not watch the entertainment much, but what we did see was good. At 39 this was my first holiday abroad,and I would definitely go back to this hotel again.

I have just returned from a good week at this hotel which would have been an excellent week if it wasn't for the 1st night.

The hotel was good but the rooms were a bit small other than that everything was fine the pool was always clean and the floor on the poolside never had litter on it.

There was a kids park just next to the pol and that was really good.the food was really good for breakfast you had a full English breakfast with fruit and ice cream and even frozen yought.

The staff were equally kind as if you go to the reception desk for something a really kind woman would always offer you sweets.

The entertainment was fab because if you play any of the poolside games and you win in the night you are awarded a medal either gold , silver , or bronze.

Another thing was that there always was a security guard whatching the pool area whitch made you feel safe.

First visit to hotel, very impressed with cleanliness.
Rooms basic but had all that is needed, rooms cleaned and fresh towels daily.

Food was of a good standard with plenty variety, breakfasts were very good loads of choice and the custard in the evenings was lovely with the fruit crumble and pancakes.

The only down side is that the pool area is to small for the size of the hotel. It was impossible to get a sunbed unless you were down with your towel before 7am. We tried that once or twice and lay and dozed until breakfast on our sunbeds, but after that thought its no holiday getting up so early so did without and used chairs around the bar area, what was most annoying was that most of the reserved beds were not occupied until early afternoon, this is a problem the hotel needs to address.

Hotel was reasonably clean the room was clean and cleaned daily and the maid was very good.

Food OK what you would expect from a three star hotel with various hot and cold dishes.

Location right by the sea, part way up at the top of a hill.

Adult daytime entertainment was very good, shooting, darts, table tennis etc. Evening entertainment was average and again what you should expect from a three start hotel.

We would not visit the hotel again because we feel the pool area is too small. Very difficult to get a sunbed. Some of the staff are in need of customer care development. The first hotel I have been to that has two standards of coffee, first is cheap and nasty for the all inclusive clients, or pay one euro forty like everyone else for a decent cup.

Arrived at 6am on our first day and the check in staff couldn't have been nicer. We had previously e-mailed the hotel to request a high room with a sea view. We were not disappointed! Our room was on the top floor of one part of the hotel and we looked out onto the bay of Palma Nova. The room was huge with a really great balcony (bigger than our lounge back home!)

The maids were always quick and the room was always left spotless.

The food within the hotel was good but a bit repetitive. You would never starve, there was always something to eat. Being all inclusive you were entitled to snacks throughout the day but you were not able to get these from the bar by the pool unless you were prepared to pay. The snacks had to be eaten in the hotel restaurant. One member of the restaurant staff was extremely rude and arrogant. If the was ever a man who needed a labotomy it would be him! Everyone else was great. Maria on reception was exceptionally good.

The location of the hotel was great. If you walked along from the pool there was a selection of bars and restaurants all of which showed live football. The pool area was immaculate. We used to stand on the balcony in the morning and watch the maintenance man thoroughly clean the whole pool area. All the loungers were taken by around 7.30am but we never had any problems getting one as my husband (and a lot of others)waited on the doors being opened to put down some towels.

The entertainment team were excellent especially Denis, the head of the animation team. There was something on for everybody, all ages, throughout the day. My husband took part in nearly every activity from water polo to pistol shooting. Medals were awarded at night for those who won. Some of the shows at night were a bit boring but the bingo at 9.30pm was one of the highlights of the night! (Bingo in 5 different languages is quite entertaining!)

We have just arrived home and we are already thinking about returning next year. We would recommend this hotel to anybody.

Was in the hotel at the same time as A Simpson from East Kilbride and can confirm the rooms were remarkable clean thanks to the cleaners / maids appearance every day.

The food was plentiful although sometimes repetative.

The arrogant man in the hotel is called Jose and only liked you if you had euros in your hand.

Well done to the enterainment team - Dennis your a star, if it wasnt for you the hotel would be in trouble.

Would go back again anytime.

Myself and my partner travelled to the Hotel Hawaii in July 2005 and were very disappointed.
To begin, we booked a sea-view room which was not given to us.

The Hotel itself was clean but we found empty beer cartons floating around in the swimming pool.

The furniture in our room was broken and in a dangerous condition.

We found the food to be very poor with not much variety - chips, chips and more chips!!!! with meat which was undercooked and cold.

We were disappointed with the rep. There was no rep on the coach to and from the airport and she wasn't particularly helpful with the room situation.

We really like the resort of Palma Nova but will definitely not be staying at thsi hotel again.
