Floors on level 6 or above are the better views but all rooms are sea view anyway

Make sure you stay in Sol Mirlos NOT Sol TORDOS. There’s two hotels and this is the most modem and has better larger rooms. Tell reception when you arrive.

As most of the resort was shut at this time of year.I would not like to comment too much.

As it was winter there were no sun loungers on the beach but it was still very clean.
Some bars were closed for refubishment but still enough open for you to enjoy.

The only reason we gave a low mark for resort entertainment is because we visited the first week in January. We have been to Palma Nova several times at various times of the year and would recommend the resort to all age groups. The beach is superb - ideal for families, lots of shops, bars and restaurants to suit all tastes and age groups and only 5 minutes in a taxi to Magaluf (need I say more??). We love Palma Nova and will definitely go back.

We were out of season but still at least 50% of the shops and bars and restaurants were open in Palma Nova - compared with the bulk being closed in Magaluff. With limited clients, the bar prices were very reasonable. Toast, coffee and a brandy for 1.50 Euros!! We tried 2 of the Chinese restaurants at lunch time - bargain 4 course meals with a beer and coffee for 7.50 Euros.
We found there was enough to keep us occupied for a week but feel any longer and boredom might have set in.There is a good bus service to Palma and various villages which made easy, cheap trips.

Palma Nova is absolutely wonderful. Appeared clean and although it was late January early February we were there we did not see any YOB element at all.
It is just a short walk to Magaluf and there is a bus service to Palma and other resorts, but although it was so early in the season some buses were packed with standing room only!. Also because it was early there were only about 10% of the shops open but I still managed to spend my money! Although there were not many people using the beaches they were swept everyday so are very clean. This is a place I would not mind taking my family to! Excellent

At the time we visited the resort was quiet and we really cannot comment on resort entertainment.
Beach looked very clean although we walked along it the weather was not for sunbathing.
