Make sure you stay in Sol Mirlos NOT Sol TORDOS. There’s two hotels and this is the most modem and has better larger rooms. Tell reception when you arrive.

Palma Nova is a fantastic resort! It’s got everything you could wish for, bars, restaurants, waterparks and a great beach! We were closest to Son Matias beach so spent most of our time there, it was really clean and had pedaloes, jet-ski's, banana boats and parasailing.
During the day the resort is quite laid-back and you can stroll around the shops (there's plenty of them) or take a walk into magaluf which is only about 10 mins away.
We hired bikes one day which were really cheap but it was a bit too warm for cycling!
There are about 3 waterparks to choose from, our favourite was Aqualand, and the boomerang is the best ride ever.
We also went to marine land which is a great day out - the dolphin show is fantastic!
At night the resort really comes to life, there are bars that cater for more mature holiday-makers but most of the night-life is geared towards young couples and groups.
Whoever you go to Palma Nova with you'll definitely love it!!!

Having been to this resort previously, it was and still is brilliant. The shows in the square put any hotel entertainment to shame. Very clean area, we visited in September when most of the youngsters had gone home. The aquapark is great with or without kids!

Palma Nova is quieter than Magaluf so our hotel location was ideal for both. Lots of pubs and clubs, and there are loads of places to eat. Plenty of things to do and would recommend the mini golf, the beach is also very good with plenty of activities.
The only downside is the timeshare sales people on every corner you are approached every day.
Good resort overall.

The beach was lovely and clean and so was the surrounding areas. Good places to eat out and not to expensive. Not very many souvenier shops though.

Palma Nova, in itself, is excellent and with the flat promenade, is great for a stroll at any time, day or night. Its proximity to Magalluf might be a worry to some, but you'll soon know if you've strayed off course. You won't find a better beach!!

The resort is clean and lively, you would never be stuck for something to do. Whether you were 2 or 102,,, The Pirates show is a must, for visitors to this area, we go every time we visit, and it is as good every time!! Sol Amar is also worth seeing, fantastic meal, (but space a bit restricted.) The beach is spotless, & only a 2 minute walk from Barcelo Palma Nova. There are a wide selection of pubs and restaurants all along the beach front, and every one has excellent food, and friendly staff. Some great boat trips leave the beach daily, all worth doing, and bookable on the beach too! We have now visited 3 times, and will definately be going back.

Palma Nova is clean and reasonably quiet. When we were first here we were worried it would be noisy but it is a really nice, quiet, family resort. The shops are great: cheaper than the markets, and the bars are quiet. The beach is spotless: much cleaner than alcudia. Would definitely recommend the resort to all.

Palma Nova itself is a beautiful place the beach was really nice, plenty of water sports and beautiful golden clean sand. The locals are quite abrupt, but you get used to them. would certainly recommend Palma Nova as long as you take time to find yourselves good accomodation, do your homework before you go!!
