Stayed in the Coma Gran last year and had a great time.
Hotel is very clean and all the staff very helpful.
Pool area always nice and clean and the bar staff are great.
The only problem is the lifts, they seem to have a mind of there own.
The Thompson staff were great as usual, Sarah, Katy and Ryan did a great job.
My little one went in tots club most days and loved it.

Food was really good, always had good choice of food every night
Hotel and room was always clean to our satisfaction.
Location was good near beach and pool was always clean, plenty of sunbeds available everyday.
Staff were nice and friendly especially princess Ryan and the other entertainers.
Definitely come here again.

i have just arrived back from the coma gran and thought it was an excellant hotel. the hotel reception and pool were very clean and the rooms were cleaned 6days a week. most nights we ate at a bar called the cafe del mar which had great food and lovely waiters. the brittania bar and happy bar were ok but nothing special. we found the chineses not nice and would not recomend them. also the bars on the front of the hotel werent too good either.
the hotel location was near all the shops and there is a large hyper market (supermarket) about 5/10minutes walkaway. also on a wednesday there is a market to the left of the hotel.
the staff in the hotel were funny and very friendly. the reps (kool katie, super sarah and princess ryan) were so much fun and did every activity through the day. they were a great laugh and were great with children. each day there was a supersplash in the pool with well known songs(e.g. cha cha slide and hey ya) then there was activitys like giant connect four, conumdrum of the day and killer pool. at 2 they had water polo for children then adults and then at 3 a daily quiz. also 4 was over 16 volleyball. the night entertainment was great. there was a disco then a presentation for the winners of the day activities. and the evening entertainment at 10 was amazing like the rep show and a hypmotist. it had something for everyone.

We have just returned from a 2 week stay at the Coma Gran & must say that it was one of the best hotels we have stayed in. We asked for a low floor & on arrival (about 20.30) found that we had a lovely view of the dining room roof! When asked if we could swap rooms the staff asked us if we wouldn

Our stay at the Coma Gran was excellent!
There was something for everyone - we had 3 generations in our group, and it is the first holiday we have been on that satisfied everyone.
On arrival we asked for joint apartments. Unfortunately we had to wait a whole 10 minutes while the room for my parents was cleaned next to us!!!!!! There was absolutely no problem with this request. The apartments were extremely clean, the towels were replaced every day, and the cleaning staff were friendly and keen to offer any help needed (i.e. in my mother's case opening the windows and patio doors! Not rocket science but easily conquered!
All contact we had with the reception staff, however minimal, was very good. Any questions we had were quickly answered in the most helpful manner.
We found the Hotel staff to be exceptionally mannerly and extremely efficient.
The Coma Gran is in an excellent location, and easily amenable to shops, restaurants, bars etc.

We choose the Half Board option as it can be difficult to find different places to eat with a young family. The food was excellent, hot and with lots of variety.
The hotel, rooms and grounds were spotless. The cleaning staff worked very hard to maintain the Coma Grans reputation as a clean hotel.
The reps were fantastic and the kids loved the clubs.The childrens play area, which was shaded, was the best I've seen.
The pool can get alittle crowded but thats because everyone stays at the hotel during the day as it was so much fun. Who needs a beach??
We would recommend this Supafamily hotel to anyone and will be looking to do the same next year.

I found the hotel very clean the maids came in every day so the room was spic and span.
The location was very good as it was not a long walk from the centre of town.
The reps were very friendly and they always had something fun to do for me and the children.
As for the evening entertainment that was brilliant, as the night entertainment provided activities for both adults and children.

The Coma Gran is a lovely place to stay. Its clean and the reception area is very spacey. All staff are friendly and the entertainment was very good. The pool is a bit on the small side for the size of the hotel. Should you be wanting a sunbed, my advice is to go down early, as you have no chance after 10am.
The rooms are ok in size, kitchen equipped well. There is also air conditoning. The food is good and children under 2 eat free.
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Coma Gran, it was in a good location for the shops and bars. I would recommend the happy bar for food and also the stake house which was very reasonable.
The creche is fantastic, nursery nurses were brilliant and there is a soft play area for children under 3. th is a children's pool. Pool area very small for size of the hotel.

Our stay at the coma gran was a fantastic experience. we loved every minute of it.This was our third year and the staff hav'nt changed, there still friendly and fun! the reps were fantastic the organised our trips which were amazing!The entertainers were there all day to keep you busy there were lots of things to do such as water polo killer darts morning aroebics which most people joined into. Ther bar staff were so funny. We will be coming back to the coma gran next year. It was my dad birthday on holiday so the hotel treatd him to a bottle of champagne and a six layer chocolate cake. Which was lovely.

we stayed at the coma gran at the end of july,we were self-catering. on arrival we found the hotel reception very clean and spacious.the room we were given was ok it was on the pool-side but on the first floor so all we could see was the hotel roof.the room overall was fairly clean the bathroom could have done with a good scrub though.our first few nights we ate out but we were not impressed with the resturants most of which serve the same things pizza and chips,steak and chips,chips with chips etc so we booked into the hotel for the rest of the time.i wish we had just booked half-board as we really enjoyed the food in the hotel you got a good selection of things to choose from and the dinning room was spotless.the hotel location is good.the entertainment ok if your kids are 2-7 yrs.the taxis outside the hotel are cheaper than the crowded bus.and if your not up at 6am you wont get a sun bed round the pool tried every day the pool area is nice but is not big enough everyone seems on top of each other.
