we where given a table i think it was number 25?, beside the deserts...the food was terrible. we only had breakfast once, warm orange juice, some sort of rubber eggs, you would not touch and toast...evenin meal was worse...after that we eat out...
we had room 216 which was clean and tidy on arrival, the a/c worked fine, clean towels every day, beds made and the lady done a great job keeping the room clean and tidy for us...
the pool area was lovely to look at but try and get a bed to relax on was impossible, beds were taking form early morning, by just a towel, we where down 1 morning by about 11 no free beds and only a few people out on them..
the wee snack bar was ok, staff were nice,
never got any hot food there wouldn't chance it...
the entertainment ok, something different every night
the management on the last day where very nice, our pick up wasn't until 4.30 and he let us keep our suitcases there all day...
i think the hotel was ok, staff were ok, just keep away from the food...

The Hotel has recently been bought over by another hotel chain so maybe it is something tey will address but it certainly will not put us off going back

The only downside to the holiday was the bad exchange rate. Pints at hotel were 4Euros (when we went it was basically a pound a euro) and not much cheaper in resort. I love my litre of sangria and that was 8e at hotel but anything upto 14euro in resort. Last year in menorca it was 5ish so really noticed the differance this year. Most guests hired a fridge and went up to the big syp supermarket to stock up on drink. So if you have booked to go here you'll have a fab time but just make sure you take lots of beer money!

The room we stayed in was small, very little wardrobe or drawer space, although the maids kept it spotlessly clean, towels were changed every day.
The hotel is just a sort walk from the beach.
There is plenty of variety of food available in the restaurant, but it varied from warm, cold or stone cold.
We booked a late check out room in the uk, we were able to keep the room we were in and also the safe key which was a nice touch, it made the last day a lot easier.
The fridge and t.v were charged for at quite an expensive rate, but as they had got a medical fridge these were not needed. The sun parasols were an issue as there were about 20 available and there is a mad rush at 8am for the beds and parasols.
The hotel staff were very good, also the pub staff who tried really hard to make people welcome.
The entertainment is dire, unless you like playing bingo or listening to a Beatles tribute band that didnt sound like the Beatles.

The entertainment staff were the highlight of my holiday, Max puts so much effort into everything and makes sure everyone is comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay and would definetley return. The hotel was spotless everywhere, the staff were really friendly and catered for our every need. The food was very nice with a big selection.

room adequate for us we had a 2 week stay, only problem was storage for clothes was not enough. maid in every day, towels changed if left in bath ,wc facilities good, shower and bath.
we went late in may so hotel not to busy, breakfast and evening meals plenty of choices available, outside pool area ,no problems getting a sunbed, pool size ok, reps good organising games through the day for kids and adults, entertainment ok some nights , depends on your taste, there is also a small indoor pool to use as well as the outside pool, can be expensive for drinks in the hotel as well as a large lounge area, there is a pub bar which stays open to 3am if you can last that long, max is the barman and does his own brand of caberet it,s great, yes i would go back to hotel if going on holiday.
