In all fairness when we complained the management did change them for new ones.
If you go here I suggest you check out your mattress before you sleep on it. UGH!!!

An all-inclusive holiday, in an impressive complex ,in a pleasant resort for around

would not fancy eating a meal on the graffiti strewn dining table in the kitchen.
This is a shame as the complex itself is pleasent enough with 2 pools and plenty of sunbeds. The food is
good with plenty of choice if a little repetitive.
The hotel staff are extremely friendly and create a
nice atmosphere. You can get as many drinks as you
want from the bar at one visit and getting served is not normally a problem.
I would go back here again if the apartments were upgraded and refurbished bit I can't see that happening.

The bedroom however had a terrible mould problem which caused a fusty smell throughout the bungalow. The TV cost a fortune to watch and the on site supermarket was expensive although the supermarket behind the calltta dorada villas at the top of the complex were much cheaper. My sister and her family came with us on this holiday but had booked into the hotels VIP villas instead.
These were every bit VIP and were so fantastic that we have all booked to go again in March 2005. The entertainment in the hotel was fabulous for the kids and my teenage nieces had a brilliant time as well. The pool area was beautiful and all the reps were fantastic. Couldn

the reps done a swell job.
The food was good even though it became the same after a few days - towards the end of our two week stay we had lunch from the snack bar to make it less boring.
The rooms were clean and bigger then the usual hotel room the welcome pack was a nice touch and so was the water in the fridge when we arrived
The downside was the lack of sunbeds and we was gobsmacked to see towels put on the beds in the middle of the night (your best bet is to sleep on them) we saw one woman take her sunbed into her apartment
We booked the catamaran trip -dont bother. a rep from the boat company told us on arrival that it was an all day trip, lunch and snacks were invcluded with a free bar and it would be a smooth and easy ride, we could use the jet-skis and that we could swim ashore to lanzarote. she lied - the trip was four hours, lunch was ok, snacks were cut-up fruit. it was no smooth ride, many were sea-sick didnt enjoy themselves and no much food or drink passed peoples lips because it would not have stayed in their stomachs. we could not use the jet-skis and was only allowed a 30 second ride on the back (owner/passenger/passenger) whoopi! we werent allowed ashore and also promoted for this trip was an amazing tan - there was not enough room for everyone to sit on the nets at the front, there was no other open space and if you did manage to get a place on the net you got soaked and had to hold on for dear life. oh yes we as told we wqould see dolphins, whales and flying fish but alas they were on holiday. all this for 230 euros for 3 adults and 2 children.

The kids had a ball here and at the kids club. The location was fine, a ten minute walk to resort centre (and back) allowed us to work off our dinner. Not a very big (shops)resort but some nice restaurants and Hippo Park for the kids. Great for relaxing family holiday.
