We were recommended to go here for a quiet break. Never been on a package holiday before so we chose All Inclusive.

My husband has a walking disability and uses crutches and a wheelchair, the resort hadn't been informed of this and we thought 'here we go'. But the staff were fantastic and moved us nearer the centre of the complex immediately.

Our accommodation was spotless. Had everything we needed. There were two single beds and we would have preferred a double.

The maid service was excellent and the dining area was always clean with plenty of good food and cheerful staff, even if they couldn't all speak English.

The location was a bit of a problem to us as my husband had to use his wheelchair to get into the main town which was all down hill but had a few very high curbs but the taxi back was cheap.

There wasn't a huge amount to do in the town but if you like bars etc, it would be great. The town and the harbour are lovely and clean and again the staff in the bars etc are all very friendly and welcoming.

We went on quite a few excursions organised by our reps and had the best time ever - from camel rides to catamaran trips out to sea, it was all fantastic.

Our bidet started to leak in the room and it was fixed the same day and if you want to hire anything from extra TV channels to heaters (it did get a bit cold at night), it

After a fantastic flight we arrived at our room 1 hour after landing. Clean and tidy but there is one thing the hotel needs, heating!! It does get quite cold at night at this time of year so take loads of warm bed clothes and socks (floors are freezing!)

Pool area was great. Although the hotel was nearly fully booked there were plenty of beds available when the sun decided to come out.

Snacks were good and main meals fab. You could have chips everyday but we chose not to and managed! Always a wide choice of meals and meats cooked whilst you wait so nice and fresh. Keep an eye out for stray children running to the drinks and ice cream area as some parents don

we stayed in this hotel A/I last December and had a great time so we booked to go on 15th Dec this year for 2 weeks A/I.

We soon found out that the hotel had gone to the dogs, the food was still quite good with plenty of choice apart from having to wait for plates and soup bowls on a daily basis.

Christmas dinner was a farce, most of the self catering people decided to pay for the dinner subsequently there was not enough food to go round everybody, people were queing for ages for tables.

One member of our party constantly had a blocked toilet, after complaining several times she went to see the first choice rep and all she could say was to put the toilet paper in a waste bin.

In our 2 weeks stay there were 5 burgleries to our knowledge.

We stayed at this complex for a fortnight over Christmas and New Year. The bungalows were clean and tidy with maid service every day.

We didn't eat the food in the restaurant as my partner refused to step through the door after our first evening of dining in there, ate out everynight although paying to go all inclusive (made up for it in the drinks department though!!)

The entertainment was ok with kids mini disco and bingo everynight (got repetetive after the first week though)at ten oclock there were different shows such as a hypnotist, band etc.

During our fortnight there were several bungalows broken into by some Morrocan men in the middle of the night whilst people were asleep in their beds.

This was unerving so didnt get much sleep for worrying.

Arrived on the 3rd November at the Amarilla, 15 mins from the airport.

Hotel staff were very welcoming. Checked in got my keys and of we went to our villa (basic but very clean.) We were situated on side B of the complex which is where all activities were. Side A was for people who liked things a bit quieter (boring) but they did make lovely pizza

We arrived at the hotel 11 o clock at night. There was a good welcome even at that time of night.

The apartment was basic but clean. We went to the welcome meeting and thought the information they gave us was good.

We found the entertainment was brilliant for the adults at the side of the pool as well as the kids. Pool was always clean and plenty of sun loungers.

Kids club was superb they still ask to go now we ve come home. Cool Kim and Crazy Cat were brill. Night time entertainment was even better we enjoyed it as much as our kids of 2 and 4 we couldn t get them off the dance floor. Steve, Leanne and Hairy Clairy were great.

Food - We are fussy with our food. Restaurant food was lovely especially the steak, lasange and choice of salads but we found things like chips and stew a bit repetitive. Pool side bar food very poor.

Bar staff were friendly and they were great with the kids we will return. Aircraft noise was not a problem it just added to the holiday the kids loved it.

We arrived early afternoon after a short coach journey from the airport to a no frills but clean and reasonably well maintained apartment complex. (Cups usually left around the pool area but regularly cleaned up even though there are bins about, some people don

As long as you don't expect 5* you will not be disappointed.

There was a fair variety of food and a good range of drinks.

Picnics were available for those going out for the day.

We opted for arranging our own transfers. The fixed taxi fare was 9Euros.

The staff were friendly and helpful.

The issue of the back doors being insecure can easily be rectified with a piece of wire or string to secure the handles, although we discussed this with the management and they are considering bolts for the doors.

The entertainment was reasonable but mainly directed at children. It would have been nice to have something in the adult bar (perhaps they do in the main season).

The on-site shop was convenient but very expensive. There are plenty of supermarkets nearby.

The only drawback was certain other holidaymakers drinking too much but you can expect that anywhere these days.

Good first impressions, no delays or messing in reception. Reception staff spot on and spoke good English.

Good first impression of bungalow. Nice size, unusual that there was a cot on the porch, hoped it wasn't daughters bed. On inspection of bungalow couldn't find daughters bed, took a while to work out it was under settee in front room. We had to move mattress to bedroom or we wouldn't have been able to watch TV. Only after a few days we got major ant problems, really bad, in our beds, in the bathroom, in the sink. They sprayed them but it didn't work, and it seems the maids think that ants just come through doors because they only sprayed the door holes.

Our dirty laundry went missing, we think it was put in the rubbish by mistake, and we were offered free breakfasts as compensation, and basically called liars.

To watch TV cost almost
