We found the location bad, as you were away from the large resorts, but saying this Callao Salaje is beautiful, having plenty of shops and bars. We found our room clean, and found no faults with it. The food was a bit of a let down, very basic, but it was ok. The staff were all very nice, and the holiday reps were great. There was always something going on, and the entertainment was first class. We have since been to Lanzarote for a holiday with Airtours, where our 1 year old daughter was very ill, and found the holiday in general not a patch on Ocean Club, we are looking to return to Ocean Club this year.

We had a great holiday. The food wasn't up to much, but we never went hungry.
I really enjoyed the sun terrace on the roof, it was good to get away from the children for a while and left Bryan to swim in the pool.
I thought the hotel staff were all really friendly, they listened when you had something to say.
The entertainment was okay, they tried their best, it kept us entertained.
We thought the rooms were fine apart from the fact that it didn't get cleaned an awful lot.

The hotel seems to be rated by older people. I will say I am only 12 and say the hotel is for family's defiantly it

Really good hotel, have stayed in loads of all inclusives and this rates highly. Lovely food, great entertainment, there is a comedian called something Pena, he is brilliant to watch.
Only fault was the pool - it was all one depth so kiddies had to be watched constantly!! Hotel is in a lovely safe area and there is a mini market opposite where you can get rubber rings etc, you dont need to buy ice creams as you can make your own at the pool side, they provide you with cones so you can choose your favourite flavour. Kids eat your heart out!!
Great kids club also. We recommend to go to the Eagle Park for a day trip - fantastic!!!!
