My friend and I booked a last minute deal and were allocated on arrival. We ended up staying in Ocean Beach for a week half board and I must say that we had a fantastic time. The hotel was very clean, food was great. The location was excellent as it was only a short taxi ride into the main town. We did not book the holiday as an 18-30s but as soon as we arrived we were invited to join them in doing all the entertainment provided which we did for e175 we found this to be very good value as drinks and food were included on most excursions. We found the hotel staff to be very friendly and entertainment in the hotel was great when we didnt go out with 18-30s. I would definitely visit this hotel again, half board. In fact im already looking at the brochure for next year! Excellent holiday overall!

One of the best holidays I have ever been to.
Entertainment on a night time was brilliant.

James was friendly with the kids and even played games in the pool like water polo.

This is a good place to meet friends and have a relaxing holiday.

Also i recommend the chinese place across the road called the Jardin and the pub called The Rumpot (you will meet starvin marvin if you go).

I have visited the Ocean Beach twice over the past two years! It's a great place. The people are so friendly. Anna, Ruth, James, Nacho, Diego and Antonio made our holiday extremely enjoyable!

I absolutely love Tenerife and the Ocean Beach so much that in the future I would possibly like to live there! You cannot wish to meet such friendly people! We have made friends with the staff at the Ocean Beach and we write and send photos to them. We have even got our own room - 501!

I stayed in Ocean Beach for 2 weeks and they were the best 2 weeks ever!!! Nothing i could complain about apart from the fact i had to go home at the end of my stay, 2 weeks just was not long enough. I made the nicest 2 friends who worked at the hotel they made my holiday great (LUIS + DERBYS)!!! the rest of tghe staff were also very friendly. I loved everything about it and am goin back next year! I stayed H/B the food was great, the entertainment was also a blast.

My family and I stayed in Ocean Beach for a week during the busy July holiday period and our experience was wonderful. Some of our party had never been to the Canary Island before but will most definately return in the near future. I would completly recommend these appartments as they were clean, had a great location and the staff and daily entertainment were superb. I had visited this website before going on holiday and had read the reviews and had some idea as what to expect. Nevertheless when we actually got there the appartment was better than we had hoped for. The housekeeping were fantastic and went out of their way to help us and despite what others claimed about a lack of toilet roll and towels, we can truthfully say never occured during our holiday. This is a place that I would reccomend to others, it is often difficult dealing with holiday-makers but the staff here were very friendly, efficient and made us all feel welcome, a home away from home! During our stay the entertainment provided was very varied and suited everyone of all ages. There is a Bar on the lower level and this was were the various shows took place. Each night the shows started around 10.30pm - 11.00pm and afterwards there was a Diso until about approximate 2.00am but don't worry for those of you who want a peacful break the noise did not travell into the rooms and it had a wide age group of attendance. Some of the entertainment provided were: A Billy Conolly Show, An Elvis Presley Show, Ronan Keating Show, Hypnotist Show, Parrots Show, Fashion Show by the Pool side and the selling of the clothes afterwards, and on a Saturday there was a Bar-B-Que closly situated by the pool. The Beach was about a 10-15 min walk from the appartments whereby you exited the front of the appartments and turned left at the entrance and walked down the slopping hill, but be careful it can be slippy. I found the location of Ocean Beach to be very accesable to both shops, restaurants and night life. Las Americas has a reputation of being a singles resort and it can be but it is also a wonderful destination to go on a family holiday. Some such places to visit are the water parks, markets, beach, Go-karting, Boat trips to see the Dolphins, visiting Mount Teide are to name a few. I hope someone finds this information helpful as I would go back again only for longer.

This hotel is just what me and my mate wanted. The rep pete downing is the best rep ive ever come across, he sorted are confusing issues out on where to go at nite, the nite life in tenerife is much the same where ever u go. The hotel entertainer james sorts your day out by the pool by arranging a game of water polo, but if you want 2 win you need to be on his side. Overall with this hotel and this location this is a must do holiday for any teens or twentys. thanks for the brill hol ocean beach. im thinkin of returning in august for a second go!

Plenty of things to do and see ,reps very good and plesant. James is the entertainment manager and dj at night, excellent guy very friendly...Only bad thing I would say is there is no minidisco for the kids but adult shows are great onto 1am...Aquapark 5mins walk..Excellent with outstanding dolphins show.

Variety of shops and BARS... Only if we had more sunny days the holiday would have been brill...Be sure you eat at the Wigan Pier, the best nosh on the island by far..Make sure your luggage is under 20kg per case we got charged

Spanish staff not particularly friendly. Entertainments Manager, James did an excellent job - great patience with the kids! Good variety of entertainment. Stayed in a studio on 4th floor (ground level)- no view of pool/sea-residential apps opposite. Clean appartment. Good location - lots of restaurants within easy distance - try The Ship (just across the road) for excellent value full fry with tea, toast & orange juice for E3.25. For lovely meal in evening try Mario's (across from San Eugenio shopping centre which is 5 mins walk away). Also Blue Merlin restaurant and Harleys American restaurant. Excellent value food! Would stay at Ocean Beach again after initial reservations and I'm very fussy! Adult passports photocopied & returned immediately on checking in. Have to hire kettle/toaster etc. TV is pay as you view , E1 = 1 hour viewing.

Just got back from these apartments. Stayed for a week self catering, although they do half board as well. the hotel itself was lovely and clean and the apartments were spacious and clean although the cooking facilities were very basic. You could upgrade to half board 5euros for breakfast and 550 eruros for evening meal. We did have breakfast a couple of times it was ok as much as you could eat. The hotel itself was nice but wasn't much going on there. the entertainment was very basic and the entertainment area dark and dingy. The hotel run kids club was pathetic really, one girl who didn't really know what she was doing I think they had just called her in at the last minute. The first choice reps were typical reps only wanting to know you if you wanted to book a tour. I'd say these apartments were ok if you wanted a quiet base to start from or a last minute deal, although we did pay quite alot of money to stay there.
