Location
Fire occurred in apartments just down corridor at 3am. Despite well displayed push button alarms, extinguishers, fire escapes and noticeable fire detectors in rooms we were woken with thick black smoke in our room and when break glass point was smashed nothing happened.
No emergency services / police attended until folowing morning. Fire was extinguished by lone security guard and fellow guests and occupants dragged clear. Shocked to find people being checked into room next to fire damaged one an hour after the fire. Left in our rooms with thick smell of smoke and no power until morning. By then was happy to get the hell out and get to the airport.

The noise level was consistent both day and night. Don't knock the people for enjoying themselves its just that the hotel was portrayed differently than it actually is.
The Hotel is said to have a restaurant take my word for it it is more like the corner cafe you get at home, breakfasts, burger, chips, chicken, sandwiches.......
Avoid at all costs if you want a quiet decent Hoilday.
The pool wasn't cleaned every day so hygiene was to be desired.

Nice view over La Gomera. Location very central, but still very quiet.
Nice staff in every position.
Sun-beds sufficiently for everyone.
A very friendly place. I

The apartment was clean and functional, with excellent views. The pool and area were well maintained and the bar was handy and pleasantly staffed, albiet a bit pricey.
Considering it was half term, the pool never became overcrowded. Perhaps some occasional evening entertainment would help though. I found the staff to be pleasantly anonymous, yet helpful if needed.

The location again was fantastic it was 10 mins away from the local bars and restaurants but at the same time we didn't have any noise from the nightlife.
Sadly what let the place down was the staff, we were there for 7 days and 6 out of the 7 days we had a telephone call from the security guards telling us to be quite and threatening to throw us out.
One evening while sat talking on the balcony at normal voice level the security guard rang us and told us we were being too loud and told us to go indoors and shut the patio door. We had a conversation with the couple in the room next door over the balcony again in normal voice level and the couple had a telephone call asking them to stop talking to us.
These apartments are hard to judge because i wouldn't advise middle age couples or families to stay as its very much a young persons place but at the same time to get told off every night for talking on your balcony is harsh to me and does not leave you to do much else i.e listening to music or having friends round.
The rooms don't have air conditioning so when we were getting ready we found ourselves having to use the balcony for air and again this is hard if you have been told to go indoors.
I wouldn't visit again as i wouldn't want the hassle we had with the security guards. Also the life guards dont take kindly to you having fun in the pool i.e using lilo's or balls, while we were there they told a group of lads off on numerous occasions for excess playing in the pool i.e some diving etc but we then noticed as soon as they band them from the pool they started to do what the lads had done i.e diving and jumping in the pool we found this extremely unfair.

couldnt drink by the pool with your own drinks though.
met some great lads there especially all the dubliners.
cant wait to go back this year.
see you all soon.
food was ok.
i think you should have more entertainment though as there was nothing to do during the day we were a bit bored just lying by the pool.
