I'm sorry but I'm disinclined to agree with Heather's previous posting. My wife and I stayed there for two weeks at the start of September. We stayed in an apartment on the ground floor as I'm an OAP (73), I have a heart condition and it's difficult for me to walk up and downstairs a lot. The apartment was so dusty and dirty it was unbelievable, we have photographs to prove it and everyday we had huge and I mean huge cockroaches in our apartment, taking over control of the bathtub which was going a distinct yellow colour, again photographic evidence can be provided if requested. Plus the hotel is located on the top of a hill, nicknamed cardiac hill...which is anyway but ideal if you're at my age or my physical condition in life. The hotel staff were not friendly and were unwilling to try to change our room, they said the problem was because of the dust from the palm trees blowing into our rooms. Perhaps on a higher level this problem could be averted. If possible though try to avoid this hotel completely.

I really enjoyed my stay. The apartments were very clean and the staff were very nice. The location of the hotel was a bit out of the way but a taxi fare was only around 3-4 euro to get into the town.
I would definatley consider going back to these apartments again next time I go to Tenerife.
