First time in Tenerife with our baby (4 months at the time). We previously stayed in Parque Santiago 3 (without our baby). When we booked with CT2 it was an allocate on arival between either PS3 or PS%. We had hoped for 3 but were allocated 5. This is not pram friendly as you have a 2 flights of steps to go up each time you go back to the apartment. The apartment was excellent once you got in, very clean and really cool at this time of year. Again the stairs inside the apartment were no use for a family with a pram/baby.
When we approached the reception staff to ask for another room that was more accessable and on 1 level they were pretty useless....we have no more rooms available today try again tomorrow and you need to contact your tour agent to sort this for you.......didn't want to ruin the holiday by arguing with them so we just put up with it and still really enjoyed the holiday.
I would not book again with CT2 (unless I couldn't get a room guaranteed at PS3. CT2 flight was ok but the food was disgusting and if I did go with them again I would definately take my own food.

This was a 2 bedroomed apartment which is situated above the new supermarket at new shopping complex. It has a double bedroom with bathroom downstairs, a lounge, dining room and kitchen.
Outside there is a balcony on 3 sides which gets the sun all day long. Upstairs there is an other double bedroom, a bathroom and a door leading out to another balcony which goes all around 3 sides again.
The view from balconies is brilliant. There are 3 sets of patio doors so apartment is open airy and at night you can sleep with windows or doors wide open.
The maids come every day and fresh towels and bed linen are left.We have never had clean sheets every day ever before. The maids were lovely.
On arrival I was given 4 bird of paradise flowers as a present and on first morninf the maid brought a huge bowl of fruit across for us.
This complex doesn't have a swimming pool but as its part of the parque santiago 3 group you have passes to use the pools at 3 or 4.
I found the staff in Parque Santiago3 very nice and helpful and its a 2 minute walk across a road. We would definitely go back here to stay again.
