we stayed a 2 bedroom apartment and had 2 camp beds in the room they were very uncomfy! but the kids said there beds were great!
The maids came every other day and towels were changed evry 3 days, the balcony was more like a big yard.
the staff round the pool area were great,but it took us a long time to get a tv for our room and when we did you coundt get a picture, they should have now finished re doing all the ariels! we had ours properly the day before we came home!
The pool well what i would advise anyone is not to wear new shorts,the paint melts in the heat and sticks to them, still unable to get it out.
The so called entertainment was a kareoke on a saturday thats it and then the compare didnt turn up.

The apartments are suited to the younger age group, although not as outgoing as some of the 18-30 and freestyle hotels.
They are situated alongside many excellent bars (San Eugenio's in particular) and are a pleasant walk or a very short taxi journey away from the main and very lively Veronica strip.
The poolside offers a very relaxing place to soak up the sun after a hard night in the clubs, playing music at most times and serving very generously priced snacks throughout the day.
Although the apartments don't offer much in the way of dining, as mentioned above, there are many bars serving food and offering excellent entertainment all within a five minute walk!
Apartments are very close to the main Playa de las Americas area and also to the waterpark!
Clean enough, maid service every second day, changing bed clothes and towels.

having stayed at numerous hotels in this area we were pleasantly surprised when viewing our rooms.they were more spacious than many others and the balcony was large enough for 4 sunbeds

Travelled in March 05... Stayed in studio apartment which is basic but great sized room... not a fantastic view as stuck right at the back but could still see the sea... didn't see a cockroach... maid service daily... Bizarre reception on the front street (not 24hrs)
Located about 5-10min walk to the beach, a couple of Irish bars just across the road and easy walking to more family orientated pubs... and you're never far from a taxi rank to Veronicas... was nice and quiet for us
Didn't speak to staff often but they seemed nice and cheerful...
Didn't see much entertainment apart from the karaoke... the pool isn't huge but its ok for lazing around next to... pay per view TV in room
Overall an adequate place to rest your head.. would go again but would rather try somewhere else if went back to Tenerife

we stayed here with our son and his wife. The pool is nice. Linen not changed during our week. There is a climb up to the apartments so may not suit everyone. The apartments were also on two levels(bedrooms and bathroom up stairs) Would go again.

We all went as a family, it was very clean, the staff were very very friendly, the food was lovely to, outside was spotless, could not fault it at all.

After a great first week in Tenerife staying at club Tenerife Los Cristianos we had to move on so we had decided on this place great 2 floors super 4 the kids to go to bed.
I was disgusted at the state of the apartment when we arrived 7 cracked windows, big gaps in the patio doors where they should shut and meet. We ended up with the flu from the draft we had to pay for the television after all the money it had cost for the room that week.
And for the maids they can only do there job but if I leave my sheets on the floor by the door I do not want them back on my bed which is where they nearly did end up until I said no they must be clean sheets.
They had a great big balcony but and the birds loved to feed there. They were big enough for 4 beds and a table shame there was 6 of us.
And the cooker leaves a lot to be desired if you want to cook a meal or even snack please start early as it will take a while.
