Mojacar is a lovely friendly resort. The people are friendly and there are many english speaking people there.
We found the streets around the Pueblo Indalo well maintained. The entertainment was absoultely fantastic the team worked very hard indeed.
The beach opposite the Pueblo Indalo is a very nice beach and has alot of amenities including shower facilities.
Will definitely be going back again in 2006 just as soon as I can find a price.

The resort is quite and calm, not much nite life. but there is a really good train which takes you for a ride it takes 1 hour and only 4 euro for adults and 2 euro for children. its worth a ride. beach is lovely nice and calm. watersports to do on the front and there are buses right oustide the apartments and also the train is aswell.

Lots of good resteraunts,I would recommend the Argentinian Steakhouse,Cowboy Cocina,Alegria.Beach is great, usual watersports, comfy beds, but the sea can sometimes be a little rough. Visit Mojacar Village(regular bus service)

The resort mojcar itself was clean .The bus service was a disaster came when they liked. Did find a hotel that cathered for children needs falcom childrens club at the very end of mojcar the strip it cathered for all the family with non stop family entertaiment on all day I had to pay for the kids club as i was not staying in the hotel but i didn't mind as it kept my daughter entertained and she realy enjoyed the kiddies disco at 6 every evening.I spent my holiday in this particular hotel you didn't have to leave the hotel because every thing was on site.I would diffently recommend this hotel .

Resort looked to be kept in a quite tidy condition.
Resort entertainment we found a bit low key one or two karaoke bars but not much else. The spanish still have there afternoon siestas so be prepared for it to be very quiet in the resort 2-6.
Beach was a bit pebble and rocky where our hotel was situated, but a short walk and there was a pleasant enough beach to sunbathe and play games etc.
We personally would not re-visit this resort again. As far as a tourist resort then as long as you want a holiday to chill out and not do a lot of late night disco's etc then ok.There were a few nice beach bars but very low key with a bit of background music but at night beware of the dreaded mosquitos!!!!!!!
We also found things a little spread out so be prepared to do plenty of walking. There is a cheap bus service so not to bad.

The resort is quite, so if you're looking for Ibiza don't go!! The beach is beautiful but the sea gets a little choppy at times.
As regards eating out we tried most places, but our top three definite tips are for a fabulous fillet steak for only 18 euro -the Argentian Restaurant, for a great chinese The Chino Restaurant, but top of our list (we are not the Paella type) The Beachcomber Restaurant on the beach. Absolutely fantastic food, great prices - try the double battered cod, chips and mushy peas !! To die for! The staff here were excellent as well all the girls were very very friendly and helpful, and great with the kids.

Mojacar is a place I would go back to time and time again. It is one main strip of bars abd restaurants that stretch for miles.
It is all fairly low key though and even though you have a few typical British bars in the main it is as far removed from Benidorm and the like as you can get.
The Pueblo Indalo apartments seem to be the main area on the front with a lot of things around them and you can also go into these apartments for the nightly entertainment which is what a lot of the locals d.o
There is a yellow bus that stops outside the Puerto Marina every half hour this takes you right along the front and up into the old town which is very quaint but if you have young kids they will be bored Shopping is okay as there is a commercial centre just before the road up to the old town.
This has everything you would want in there. I would recommend this resort as a place for families and older couples Young groovy things might find the place a bit too low key.

The resort was clean but dated and full of building rubble and sites.
The beaches were very clean and there was a lifeguard on watch constantly.
However, due to the bad experience at Puerto Marina, we would not visit again.
