We were on the 17th floor and had a great view of most of Benidorm. We also looked down on hotel Sol Pelicanos' swimming pool where they film "Benidorm".

Depends on preference.
Balcony overlooking pool... daytime sun, road traffic noise.
Balcony park side afternoon sun... bus stop, traffic noise.
Only 6 floors so not a high building for Benidorm.

Avoid!
If booking here ask for a room overlooking the pool and be prepared for rude staff!

Great wee beach at the bottom of the road and Vincent’s bar across the road for great karaoke.Bar staff excellent especially Duncan.Balcony not always guaranteed. The other hotels we visited were also welcoming and they had an outdoor pool. Cristal park and Villa Benidorm. Excellent.
We will return. ???

Get a very high or very low floor, the middle is a nightmare for getting on the lifts.
Are the club rooms worth the extra not in my opinion

Don't take anything valuable. They just tell you to use the safe. We had expensive make up and jewellery stolen...other people had clothing stolen...others money. Gonna need bigger safes!!!! Disgusting
Go somewhere else

take extra cash because the company didnt tell us about needing a deposit! we had to pay 150 euros per room when we got there, in cash, as they didnt accept credit or debit cards (even though they took these at the bar?!) and this left us short of cash.

If like me you are a light sleeper book a pool view room.
33% off drinks in the night club under the hotel, entry near the restaurant for hotel guests. Crissie Rock good comedienne (if you are broad minded).

we were advised not to use the alleyway at night from the main road to the apartments due to some muggings. needs to be better secured.

Benidorm well you either like it or you don't! first things first Benidorm is not at all like Blackpool as many people say. Everyone can relax and have a good time regardless of their age. The new town is bustling with life and for all the shopaholics there isn't a better place! The old town is quite lively but many of the bar's there are "Gay Bars". It does have a beautiful church in which tourists can go in as long as they have a t-shirt on or a tank top. Benidorm has many parks but it is also home to the best theme park in my opinion which is Terra Mitica which is based on the ancient lands like Egypt, Rome and Greece. For the animal lovers there is Terra Natura which is home to many of the beautiful animals and also Mundomar, and all you water park fanatics there are 2 parks. Too be honest I love Benidorm and would deffinatly recommend it to anyone looking for a funfilled holiday.

Benidorm is a beautiful resort, if you like shops then this is the place for you, the roads are lined with shops and shops and more shops.
Just outside the Eva Mar is a massive market on a Wed and Sun well worth a visit, if you like leather, china, clothes etc then this is a place to visit.
The resort was very clean, the resort entertainment was brilliant, plenty of bars, clubs, restaurants, many accomodate children which was handy..the beaches are fantastic, very clean, lifeguards, not a piece of rubbish in site, old Benidorm is worth a visit, a stroll along the beach roughly 25 minute walk will get you there, sunbeds are 4 euros a day, which is alot better than 1 euro 50 at the Eva Mar...there is a Macdonalds, Burger King, Pizza Hut, Kentucky Fried Chicken, loads and loads of places to get a full english breakfast, they are everywhere.
We visited the water park Aqualandia well worth a visit my 2 children loved it, slide after slide excellent day out you can even pay 30 euros and swim with sealions..we also visited Mundomar an animal park, we were dissapointed with the amount of animals here, there was dolphins, birds etc nothing very exciting...you can pay an extra 13 euros and have your picture taken with a dolphin which we did and that was worth every penny...

OK, some might say its "Blackpool with sun" not so, its much better than Blackpool. The Levante prom can be walked at 3am without any fear of being accosted. I started going to "Beni" in 1994 and have been back many times since. If thats not a recommendation I dont know what is. Entertainment can be "in your face" or quiet and intimate,I do both, there are hundreds of places to go. As I go half board, so eating out is not really an option, apart from the "Two Palms" in the old town.
I walk Levante beach at least twice a day, on the water line, and I have seen very little dirt or rubbish, the beach cleaners do a brilliant job. Roll on next march 2008 for my next "Fix".

I found this resort to be very clean the only off putting was the smell of the bins first thing in a morning but it son went away when they got emptied fairly quickly.
#The beach was fantastic golden and very clean not a bit of rubbish in sight. The beach is a well looked after one and a believe it has an award for the outstanding cleanliness.
I definitely will be visiting this resort again in fact it will be 9 weeks away and am counting the day's.

Yes, Benidorm is very commercial, but whatever your tastes there are many things for you. If you are street wise, the resort can be the perfect place for you.
The young would no doubt consider the 'central square' on the Levante side to be perfect for them, although nearly everybody else avoids it. Discos, all night drinking, kebabs etc etc.
The shows and entertainment vary from spectaculor to seedy.
Whatever your taste in music or entertainment, you will probably find it, and in many cases with a nil entrance fee.
About 90% of the people who visit Benidorn, have visited at least once before, and this is an advantage.
Something for every one really says it all.
