I would not ever recommend this hotel to anyone.
here is a hotel where you can do whatever you want when you want. It was my first holiday with my boyfriend and we spent most of our time being aware of what others were doing instead of relaxing. The noise levels at night were disgraceful. Every night we spent about 2-3 hours awake between 1am-4am because of people arguing, screaming off balconys, running around, swearing and singing. Horrible atmosphere. There is no one to report to and the hotel staff didnt want to seem to help. The hotel is more 2 star and we touched the ceiling and all the plaster fell off, tiles were missing around bath and water was coming through the ceiling. You have to be very aware to visit this place and we slept with chair infront of the door.
The food was ok. always fresh but not much of a variety. The pool area was nice but was very noisy on saturday and never seemed to be any security around. I didnt feel safe in this hotel and was pleased to come home.
The cocktails and drink were nice. COuldnt complain, and the entertainment? What entertainment? absoultly ridiculous.

Please do not go to this hotel if you like to sleep more than 2 hours a night. The atmosphere in the hotel between 11pm and 6am is frightening with loud abusive and agressive drunks. The hotel staff either choose not to deal with it or are unable to cope.
As previous reviews have said the hotel is tired rundown dropping to bits in places but the beds are clean if uncomfortable.
The staff are anything but friendly and helpful in fact at times they treat guests as if they are ignorant.Note to staff please do not think that just because I am English I do not speak Spanish and understand when staff are discussing guests in a less than friendly manner.
Although this was a relatively cheap weekend I would not stay at this hotel again if HTop paid me!!!!

Simply the worst hotel I have ever had the misfortune to stay at. We were actually afraid...... The noise ,bad language and fighting were terrible, it was like an episode of "Shameless", I was ashamed to be British.
The hotel was no doubt Grand in it's is day but alas is no longer. After being kept awake until 4am and a door down the corridor being kicked in, I asked for another room to be told we were lucky as we were in on floor 6, a family floor, floor 2 was much noisier!
The food was adequate and the all inclusive bar did serve drinks ( all be it very poor quality)
The location is great for clubbing and not far to a really lovely beach, plenty of shops and the cocktail bar on the beach is not to be missed. I believe the holiday companies should not send families or older people to this hotel or indeed anyone with an ounce of self respect

Casino Royal has nothing royal about it, we stayed for 3 nights and could not wait to go home. Food was basic, bar was full of crap cheapo drinks. One of our party had some dodgy lager ( only 1 pint) at dinner time and an hour later was in bed for rest of day !!!

Wind got up a bit during night and patio doors blew open, we thought the sas had come to rescue us. We also got told of another guest that someone went to have a ciggie outside the hotel later at night and got mugged by the locals. Took all his cash he had on him and jewellery, so please be carefull.

Should not have to go to the local burger king to get fed when on all inclusive......................................

Were do we start?

Checked in no problems at all hotel from outside looks very nice indeed, lifts are a nightmare only work when there feel like it.

We were on 1st floor facing pool we got to our room it was disgusting very dull and dated the patio doors were broken we phoned reception who sent a maid up to look at them she booted the doors till they jammed closed.

There was brick work falling apart around the room beds were like steel framed very unstable.

We didn't even unpack as the wardrobes and drawer space were dirty and dusty.

Went down for our lunch it was disgusting walked straight back out went to bar for a drink i got a coffee which i must admit was very nice indeed.

Night time we went for dinner once again food didn't look very nice at all every one we spoke to complained about the food.

We ended up eating in burger king for 3 days Lloret itself is like a ghost town considering the amount off tourist there was nothing open at all a few little shops day time but night time it was a ghost town

So please take note off all reviews on here there are all True

We arrived at 11am, and check in was quick and easy, although, we didn't get our keys until 1:30pm. As we got our all inc cards at check in we just spent a couple of hours in the bar, and having a look round. There were quite a few spanish checking in after us and i must say that they seemed to be getting their keys a little quicker, but i guess thats no suprise. The rooms we got were on the 5th floor, they were pretty basic but clean. One was overlooking the swimming pool and the other overlooking a small sports arena. There was plenty of towels and bedding which were changed every day, and the rooms were cleaned to a good standard. The TV had no buttons so we had to hire remotes for a deposit of 20 euros, which we got back when we checked out.
The bar got pretty busy in the evening, but there was never any long queues for the bar, and the staff were very friendly and obliging. Like other reviews stated, it did get noisy at night and we were woken about 3 times around 2-3am with people running up and down corridors shouting. One woman kicked a hole in the door opposite, after requests to keep the noise down were ignored, and another lady was confronted by 2 naked men when she knocked asking them to turn their music down. The security men were soon on the scene and it didn't last that long. The hotel is in the centre of Lloret and is used for stag and hen parties usually at weekends, hence the noise from over zealous young guests. The bus station is right across the road which is handy for the bus to Blanes railway station with connections to Barcelona, and other resorts like Calella and Pineda etc. and Tossa is only a 25 minute ride over the tops.
The food wasn't as bad as i thought it was going to be, it was usually warm with a good variety, but occasionly you had to wait a while for it to be topped up. We did eat out occasionly as it did get a little repetative, and Burger King was just across the road. The snacks were freely available at non meal times and to be honest i've had much worse. Entertainment was a bit lacking. The flamenco dancing was very good on the 1 night and there was a singer on another night who was pretty good also. The other nights it was just music being played with disco lights.
PLEASE NOTE.
H. TOP have recently moved the goalposts concerning the use of other hotels in their chain. Despite their website saying you can eat and drink in any of their hotels, it is now NOT allowed to eat or drink in H TOP AMAIKA, unless you have a gold card, and in the other hotels, drinking is restricted to the hours of 10am - 7pm, after which drinks must be paid for. Notices about this were only posted in our hotel after we had complained to reception. They have also changed rules for mealtimes, they now give you set mealtimes according to which floor you're situated on. We were given 12:30pm - 1pm for lunch, and 6:30 pm -7pm for dinner. This seems to apply when the hotel is busy, as there was nobody checking on many occasions, but if it were to be in force on a regular basis, it could prove to be very inconvenient.
All in all the hotel wasn't that bad for the price we paid, and i would stay here again in the future.

My husband and myself booked a short break and were offered this hotel we have done these 4 day breaks before. We are aged 49 and 62. You dont expect the Ritz when you pay for a cheap 4 day break nevertheless, you do expext to get some sleep on your break. My husband and myself have just returned back from Gran Casino Royal and we are totally disgusted by the way the British Act on what is called a so called holiday. The hotel is clean, staff friendly and food well there is always something to eat. Where to start our first night after being up from 2.30am on Sunday morning we arrived at hotel, pleased with the accomodation and our room. We went to bed at approx 10.00pm and the fun started. Two men started arguing I went down to reception and reported this the security man came up and told these men to be quiet. They did for 30 mins
then they started again. Then as other guests started coming in drunk they decided to join in. I called security a further three times and the noise finally stopped at 6.00am.
The following day went to reception very helpful and moved us to another floor. Just as bad only this time women. Noise stopped at 5.45am.
Third night just the same glad to come home.
All these people involved were British which makes you ashamed and it would appear these people aged between 35 and 60 missed out on their 18 - 30s and think you can do this when they are a grandma of 5 and grandads. At one stage a woman actually beat up a man leaving him with a black eye and thick lip. A good hotel ruined by BRITISH MORONs and yes we are ENGLISH. We were informed at the airport 1 man was stabbed and four were deported.
