Pools were great and also the entertainment day and night.
Could not fault the food, variety is great and plenty of it!
The hill up to the hotel is not that bad and we pushed a buggy up it daily.
Was not much for the kids to do locally, we walked to the marina every night so our son could go on the rides/amusements but other than that the only child entertainment was back at the hotel.
The beach is horrible so if your a beach lover dont go here, the whole time we were there you could not even get on the beach because it was full of washed up bamboo sticks.
Only downside to this holiday was the amount of old people, we have nothing against them but they were just so rude, one day when they were queing for the bus (which i dont reccommend if you have kids as they get crammed packed, its worth paying the extra for a taxi)my partner was crossing the busy main road with our 2 yr old son and they would not let her get on the path because they didnt want to loose there place in the bus que. It was just shocking how rude they were pushing and giving dirty looks when our son made any noise.
Watch out for time share touts!!

The room we had was compact but very clean & tidy, rooms were cleaned almost everyday.
We prefer too eat out on holiday, the half board came automatically with the deal, but we actually ended up eating in the hotel 3 nights out of the 7 we were there as the food was really good & was a good selection. Breakfast was also really good too.
The staff was friendly & the kids club seemed good too. The pools were kept clean too. The only problem we had was the usual holiday makers getting up at 6am to put towels on sunbeds then dont come down till 12!!
Also, they could probably do with a few more spare rooms for you on your last day for you to shower in etc...i had a very rude man bang on our door to hurry up & we had only been in there 15 mins, i was really annoyed with that. The reps are ok, so long as you dont have a problem. I had bad toothache half way through our hol & asked where nearest dentist was. She advised me to wait until i got home, which was pretty unhelpful. Luckly it was just an ulcer so it could wait. Hotel in itself was fine & the hill is ok really. It seemed to get worse as the week went on though!! If you are old or have a buggy i could see it being a problem.

fantastic, loads of space, double bedroom, 3 wardrobes, steps down to good size living area with
sofa bed in and good kitchen area with fridge etc.
Hotel staff were very friendly, entertainment team
were fantastic, very good with the kids, loads of games, mini disco, something to keep kids busy most of the day and evening. Swimming pools were good, quite busy but could always find a sun bed before 11 am. Would definately return.

On arrival to the hotel the first impression was great the guys on the reception spoke good english which always helps.
We were in room 2802 with a fantastic view of the sea and we could see the harbour so the kids would watch the boats come in and out. The room was very basic only 2 plug points of which you had to fiddle with the plug to get it working.
There are 4 pools in total 2 childrens and 2 larger ones. The upper pool was kept very clean as that is where the nightly entertainment was but the lower pool was really grubby to the side there were broken parasols lying kids old inflatables which looked as though they had been there for some time. We actually seen a Daily Mirror which had been out of date for over a week. But the pool was cleaned every morning and the area hosed down around it.
There are lots of good bits though as the rooms were kept clean I think we had maid service every day. The food was fantastic lots of variety and the shows which were put on were really good. They had a disco but it was really younger children who got involved. The reps from the hotel played games throughout the day which was for both adults and kids ie water basketball, archery, darts etc.
I would visit the hotel Bali again as it does have a good location except for that hill you have to climb. Tip - stop in at the shop half way up lol!
You do have to vacate your room by 12 but they do provide you with a courtesy room. Only thing is they only allocate one room and we had to queue in a warm corridor for about 45 mins to get a shower you were then under pressure to really hurry as you know there are lots of people outside waiting so if you have a late departure its worth checking if the room is free earlier than you need to save you feeling hurried. It would be better if they allocated time slots the day before.

O.K it is on a steep hill so for the less mobile it could prove difficult..
The rooms were clean and comfterble with air con which was more than welcome in the summer heat..
Was so impressed booked to go again soon...
So if your thinking about it book it you can't fault it and will enjoy yourself..
10/10 to the Bali...

Only down side was the entertainment seems to be different people this year and nowhere near as good as previous years.
However we will return to this hotel in future. The San Juan festival was on whilst we were there and is definately worth seeing.
