Breakfast: Cooked breakfasts were swimming in fat - not recommended! If you chose carefully, it was possible to have a reasonable breakfast with a wide variety of choice but the quality of the food was no better than average.
Dinner: A really good variety of meats and carb dishes (pasta/rice/potatoe) but very little in the way of vegetables.
There are NO DRINKS (not even water) provided at dinner and they have a bar in the restaurant itself. However, the prices are OTT in comparison to local shops (eg - for a 500ml bottle of water in the Restaurant was

During the week enjoyed the resort and the hotel, only cardiac hill was problem espicially if you had been to the square and had consumed far to much San Miguel!!!!
Joking apart I would recommend this hotel for its night life and the way your looked after by the entertainers and the staff,i would reco a trip to Aqualand in Torremolinos,10 euros each way in a cab, loads to do and lots of fun.
Food was plentiful and always tasty,if you do go to Benalmadena I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Our room (1123) was over the entertainment area so could be a little noisy up until 1am. Food was great with lots of choice at both breakfast and evening meal.
The night entertainment started at 8.30pm with the Kids disco which was usually followed by bingo and a show and disco.
The Thomson Kids Club Reps were great and our little boy enjoyed the activities that were on offer. Some of the Thomson Reps were not that helpful and were more interested in selling trips, my advice would be to ask the reception staff for any information instead.
The hotel is on Cardiac hill but to tell the truth it wasn't half as bad as I expected, crossing the main road at the bottom was worse.
The Hotel is ideally situated to get to other places with both bus stops and the Train station in walking distance. The local park is also lovely and only a 10 min walk from the hotel.

The hotel was very clean and the cleaners was very polite i would definitely rate it a 5.
The food was great! They did all sorts of food to satisfy everyone.
The hotel location great except a hill you will have to climb to get to it. which isnt all that bad really as we loved the challenge.
The hotel staff was polite and friendly and was never rude they helped you out as much as they possibly could the bar staff always served you with a smile and you always feel welcome.
I would definitely visit this hotel again for definately as it was fantastic really enjoyed it as it was the 6th time of returning there and when we've left just makes us want to return.

Towels changed daily and rooms cleaned daily, more than enough room for the 2 of us.TV with the usual Sky News channel and also BBC1 and ITV3
We had a problem with a droning noise in our first room. When we mentioned this to the rep and reception, we were moved within the hour! Result!
Food was always plentiful and we didn't go hungry, tables cleared rapidly, good choice of food, you go to the bar yourself and the prices were reasonable for a hotel
Didn't go to any of the night time entertainment but those that did looked to enjoy theirselves, each to their own as they say!
Animacion team were always on the go with the usual daytime games, darts, pool etc. The 2 girls certainly earned their wages, they were still line dancing into the night!
Loads of sunbeds, try get a yellow one, they're comfier :) but, as always you get the ones who put their towels on 1st thing in the morning then don't use them til late in the afternoon! Muppets! This backfired on the 1 day of the week when we had rain as their towels, books and papers got soaked haha, and there were more people than just me who had a good giggle at their expense!!!
The hill is steep but ok if you take it easy walking up, your on holiday, relax, several pubs on the way up, try Good Companions & Murphy's Place.
Hotel's close to Bonanza Square, just turn left out of the hotel, lots of pubs n food places
We were lucky with the weather as I believe it rained all over Easter and the day we returned 21st April it was raining
Good value for money hotel, everything on hand and yes, we'd definately return. You don't go on holiday to look at the furniture do you. The beds were comfy and clean, as was the bathroom, what more do you need

Studios were spotlessly clean and fairly well equipped. The pull out sofa beds are really only suitable for kids, very uncomfortable fo an adult. The balcony was in the shade all day so towels didn't dry.
We were self catering so didn't eat in the restaurant but ate in the sunny view cafe which was very nice.
The hotel entertainment team were great, hi to Sara and Andrea. Kids enjoyed daytime games eg golf, darts, skittles etc. There were lots of older people there and alot of the evening entertainment was geared to them but we still enjoyed the shows.
We would definitely recommend the hotel Bali and we had gorgeous weather, a bonus for February!!
Check out the El Cordero restaurant and El Karmen restaurant on Bonanza square-both excellent

Staff were very friendly and spoke and understood good english. The food was very good with a different selection each night. There wasnt a lot of entertainment, mainly aimed at the older generation at night time.
The self catering apartments are excellent for familys, really good selection of kithcen items and spacious.
Thank you for a great Christmas 2006 and thank you to the reps Nat, Jenny, Eddie and the staff at Bali hotel.
