All rooms face the pool or castle. Restaurants along the beach front are all very good and in the hotel if its just chips, burgers and pizza you want.
Whole cooked chicken from the skate park cafe was very nice to.

Ask for high floor, the view is fabulous.
Try La Tasca Andaluza restaurant; intimate, typically Spanish. Excellent menu of the day 8.50 euros; lots of choice, generous portions + complementary olives, bread and liqueur. Ying Ping also very good and reasonable.

Being AI we didnt use the rest of the resort, we did go to the beach and it was clean, shops were very much of the same touristy things, but Fuengirola shops are only a bus or train ride away.

AS with all resorts there were areas that were not as clean as others. Buses run every half hour and are very cheap. The beach front in Fuengirola is lined with lots of bars and resturants. The beach was clean and well maintained. The harbour are in Benalmadena is lovely with lots of shops and resturants.

Torreblanca has a beautiful beach which has all the usual cafes, bars and parasols etc. It wouldn't suit the young and lively crowd but is great for good old chilling, relaxing and sun worshipping. The area has quite a bit of grafitti and a lot of properties for sale and has a slightly outdated feel to it but it suited us fine as a great place to explore the Costa Del Sol

Lovely beach, nice town, plenty of restaurants but very little entertainment. Good bus & train links to Malaga, airport and neighbouring towns.

We thought the resort to be clean,
We never really seen any entertainment but there was things going on,
The beach in our opion was very clean and nice, usual water sports,we only seen waves on our last day the see was always calm + warm.
We would visit again, the resort is good for less mobile with it being flat and very easy to get around on the local bus, mini train around the resort, also they have a train staion behind the hotel 6euro return for 2 adults to torremolinos takes about 20 minutes.

fuengirola was a typical costa-del-sol resort lots of britsh and irish bars. the beach was clean with coarse sand and stones when entering the sea. as you went into the sea there was a few feet of knee high water and then a drop into neck high water.the zoo is a must. in the evenings there are so many lookey-lookey men(never seen so many in one resort)

Benalmedina is nearest town 10 mins on bus we only went one day to market but very nice what we saw during the day but cant comment at night because we wre not there. We did an excursion to gibraltar to see world war two tunnels and the monkeys kids had a fab day and could not talk about anything else also went to aqualand water park for the day quite expensive to hire a ring for rides was 16 euros so not cheap and food also quite expensive but worth it for a treat for the kids.We are already looking into this area again for next summer just not atholiday village.
