I must say that this hotel was the cleaniest hotel i have ever stayed in, its very modern and you could eat your dinner off the floor its so clean.
Maid service every day fresh towels.
On the basment floor you can use the sauna , indoor pool , jacuzzi,exercise machines, showering facilities it is very good.
I did find that the prices in the hotel bar are very expensive, and the bar staff inside where very rude to myself and my sons.
I found it hard to communite with most staff as there English was very poor.
The food choice was brilliant and you could eat as much as you wanted , but you had to pay for drinks, which where expensive.
My kids really enjoyed the stay in the hotel vil-laromana, and i would personally recommend people to go and check it out.

This has got to be the best hotel, we have stayed in!
I cannot fault the hotel at all, the food was great and the pool area was very clean.
The hotel rooms were cleaned every day and you had fresh towels.
there was an indoor pool, gym and jacuzzi, btu we never had the chance to use it.
The hotel is very well situated, 10 mins walk to port Adventura and the beach.
the entertainment was fantastic, the polyensian show was the best with fire eating and fire juggling.
i will definately stay here again.

This hotel is an excellent hotel to stay in, especially if you have children. The childrens entertainment is excellent and carries on til about 9 at night. The food is very repetitive but isnt bad. The outdoor pool is very big with a small childrens pool. The staff are pleasant but there english isnt very good. The hotel and rooms are very clean with maids coming in every day. Air con is excellent. It is a 10 min walk from port aventura which is an excellent day out and 10 min walk from salou centre. Aquapolis water park is another good day out in La Pineda which is 10 minutes away on the bus with sea lion and dolphin shows. The reps at the hotel are excellent and can get you any tickets you want. Don't miss the welcome meeting!

the breakfast consisted of both cold and hot food and kept you going until the evening meal. the staff were friendly and helpful.
Salou has great shopping, a lovely beach and plenty of night life - which caters for all ages. Our teenagers aged 16 and 15 enjoyed the clubs without any hassle.
The shows in the hotel were very good but the hotel entertainers were more interested in themselves then the holidaymakers. Great location - going again next year.

Stayed at Villa Romana with my 3 kids and had a wonderful holida.y The cleanliness was the best I have ever encountered.
Staff very friendly and helpful - even before leaving Ireland - they arranged a taxi to meet us and greeted us by our names upon arrival!
Food was excellent if you can't find something to suit you or your children here - then hotels just are not your thing.
Entertainment was typical of hotel entertainment -so I'm just wondering why I gave it only 4 stars!
All round fab place - location nice and quiet - will most certainly be returning next year!!!

This is an excellent location. Right next to the theme park port aventura - 5 min walk. Salou centre is about 10 min walk.
The food was nice but very repetitive. not much choice for children. The pool is lovely and lots of activities for the kids. The bar is expensive but ok.rooms are air condioned which is a god send.
You will enjoy your holiday even more if you stay here.

Back 1st October from staying in the Vil-La Romana for 2 weeks. Hotel is brilliant, quality 4 star accomodation. The cleanest I have ever stayed in - the maids clean your rooms and change your towels everyday with your bedclothes changed once a week.
There is a lot to choose from foodwise (breakfast was brilliant!!!!!) The staff are great - friendly - and there is plenty to keep the children occupied in the evenings, they have their own show in the early evening and there is an activity room to keep them busy.
The pool is beautiful, it is clean and well maintained. The entertainment is repeated every week but I can't imagine that people holidaying would want to stay in a hotel every night of their stay without venturing out anyway!!!

this hotel was fab, we are going to return next year. the food was lovely with huge choice. the kids club staff were great, very helpfull. the maid service excellent. rooms large and airy. pool good size.daytime entertainment was "entertaining"

howeve the one negative point was our second week which was the third week in september, must have been some kind of german holiday as the hotel was over run by germans, who were incredibly arrogant and rude. they barged past, pushed and shoved and were not very tolerant of children.unfortunately on arrival of the germans, the food choice became very limited and were obviously gearing the menu toward the crap german tastes.!!
the germans did spoil our second week due to the arrogance, but it would not stop me going to villa romana again,however NOT in september!!!

Best hotel ever being in. Could not fault a thing. The entertainment staff were absolutly brilliant, children were included all night. Willy the dj made the holiday. It was only 5 mins walk to the town centre and it was lovely,and only 15 minutes to the theme park.
The food in the hotel was brilliant you could not vault a thing.everything was great apart from the reps there was not helpful at all. I would definetly go again.

I have been going on holiday aboard for 12years plus and this has topped all for the best hotel I have stayed in.
The food was 110% buffet style plus fresh meat/fish cooked there and then.
The pools, rooms and staff were all of a high standard.
I have nothing to complain about this hotel it was great and I hope to go back in the future.
