The weather was very hot (which was expected) we stayed in room 2 and the air conditioning unit in that room did not work so whenever we went into our room it was like walking into an oven - they came to fix it on 2 occasions but was not successful. Also be careful as more often than not the patio doors are broken and being on the ground level this concerned me - once again they came and fixed it immediately but it was still not secure.
One thing that we didn't really like was the fact that the main entertainment in the evening was in a hall at the back of the disco - the air conditioning in that room was almost non-existant and also people were allowed to smoke anywhere they wanted to (except for an area in reception which has been designated as non-smoking) - not ideal as I dont like passive smoking !! Anyway the shows themselves were good but not much variety - they had different names to each show but alot of the content was the same material. The animation team were very friendly especially Shaggy and Maggy they did make me laugh.
The food in the hotel is good but like most all inclusive hotels it is the same everyday - although they had a good selection of puddings and always had fresh food being cooked at the back of the restaurant.
During your stay you have a free visit to the A la carte restaurant which I would recommend you take up. We had the 'Lamb in a pot' which was lovely.
The pool area was always very clean and the life guards around the pool were always helpful in finding you a bed to lie on - a small tip always helps. The beach was very clean but you have to be careful in the sea as there are currently jellyfish looming.
All in all we had a good holiday, even though I have had a few things to say, I would definitely go back as the good things far outweighed the bad things.

The rooms in the hotel, the pool area and where ever food was being served were always clean.
The staff really made the holiday, especially the Animation team (Shaggy, Speedy, Maggy and Kristy in paticular) Always chatting to guests, making us laugh and giving us plently to do for the entire two weeks. The shows are really good in the evening, (solely by the Animation team) however they do start to get quite repetitive.
The food also was very repetitive, nice but almost the same every day. However, from the moment you wake up till at least 2am the following morning, there is always somewhere to get food and drink from.
I would recommend this hotel to anybody, and especially to groups of friends looking for a great time.

Staff always helpfull. quiet dusty out side of hotel no shops, if you want shops go to the port it was really good for shopping and a nice day out. Hotel also has very long corridors our room number was 244 and we had to walk a mile to get to it, mind the room was very clean and beds were quite hard. which is what I like.

Food not brilliant but always something as could get pasta cooked to order etc. Also show cooking.
Pool large and clean with plenty of sunbeds. Hotel also on beach again plenty of sunbeds.
Pool bar and beach bar both do food as well as drinks.
Entertainment team excellent-friendly and enthusiastic but not pushy.
Within easy walking distance of local shops and Port el Kantoui.
Alli in all a very good holiday.
Spoke to people there that have returned year after year.

We were on the first floor (room 116). Rooms were spacious & very clean. Our balcony overlooked the outside bar area.
When we arrived we were very welcomed at the check-in desk & received welcome cocktails.
Plenty of choice in the main restaurant, meat, fish, salads & tunisian dishes. There's also a beach bar with pizza, burgers, chips & salads & also a pool bar which had pizza, kebabs, salads, crepes. Plenty to choose from. We had no problems with alcoholic drinks being weak & we didn't give tips either to bar staff until we left.
The entertainment team were fanstatic & the best thing about the hotel. They were friendly & really got to know all guests. They did their best to get people involved in activities but if you just wanted to sit by the pool they'd leave you to relax. The evening shows were brilliant, the guys really are talented.
We had no trouble getting beds by the pool or on the beach any day. Its definately quieter on the beach but the atmosphere by the pool is great so we sat there most days.
There are watersports on the beach if you want to do something & all reasonably priced. I went parasailing & would recommend that.
