The Resort on first appearance is big and spacious. Yet on closer inspection considering it is a new build it is in a bad state of disrepair. The stairs are falling apart and there are trip hazards everywhere. The pool area is a complete safety hazard, its marble surface drenched in pool water at all times. Many people fall over again and again. The showers all leak and their answer is to offer you more towels to try to mop up the excess water. We had an ant infestation in our room which took quite a while to sort out and even then they were not swept up. Our patio door was broke so anyone could have gained access to our room and belongings. This was not dealt with efficiently and they sent a technical services guy to fix at nearly midnight - our children were asleep and his drill was flat! The next day they screwed it shut. The air conditioning did not work when we arrived and all five of us had to sleep in the same room. The fridge was hot and not working also.
The reception staff are rude and do not speak very good english. We asked for an alarm call and this was not carried out either, we had an excursion booked for an early start so this was not acceptable. The hotel food is repetitive and we chose to eat out several times. We all suffered from diarrhoea! The drinks choice is very limited also and they charge you for a glass of fresh orange juice. Some of the waiters are creepy with little girls and we had to complain to the manager that our little girl who is just five was too intimidated by them. His constant nuzzling and kissing her was not welcomed and this made her and us very uncomfortable because of his lack of care at her distaste! We would never visit this hotel again and infact has put us off Turkey for life!

The hotel was very clean always had clean sheets on the beds everyday and clean towels. The dining hall was always clean and comforable to sit in. The staff were all very friendly all spoke to you and asked how you were. The entertainment team were fantastic! They do an amazing job and were all so friendly and spoke about how your holiday was going and were happy to tell you about Turkey. I would definatley visit palm wings beach resort again, would love to come back in October as i missing the place loads.

We had a very pleasant and enjoyable experience staying here and after staying in numerous A/I in Turkey over the last 10 years we would rate this as the best yet.

Check in was easy and Reception staff where helpful and efficient nothing was too much trouble and language was not a barrier.

Bell boys where busy running around in golf buggies delivering luggage and where only to happy to transport you around the site if you asked.

Rooms spacious, bungalow style with own patio, layout designed to give maximum privacy from room next door. Rooms cleaned every day with towels and bedding changed every couple of days or as needed if accidents occurred

Around the pool the where plenty of sun beds available at all times of day, although as where coming to the final few days a lot more guests checked in and choice of areas became limited. Mattress where available for 75% of the beds around the pool, It was windy during our stay and a lot of sun umbrellas where damaged so they became highly sought after.

The beach area was small but well maintained, we felt that this along with the decking area was a sun trap and it would have been very easy to get sunstroke/burnt

Food was plentiful with a wide choice available at all meals; we chose to eat early for breakfast and mid way through the lunch and evening meal sessions. There was always ample food available and by choosing these times we missed a lot of the mad rush. The waiting staff where for ever tidying up the tables to keep it clean although we did notice that the floors in the dining room and pool areas where in desperate need of a good clean

Entertainment was the usual assortment of games around the pool, shooting darts volley ball, water polo and the like evening entertainment was mini disco, bingo & quizzes. The animation team worked extremely hard to make things happen but met with a distinct lack of enthusiasm from us as we pointed out to them that we had come to read and relax. They took this on bard straight away and whilst they always spoke to us they never pestered us to join in. Music around was either easy going gentle on the area or bass so loud the where getting tribal responses from Kenya.

As with all holiday resorts where there is a cross section of nationalities there where both charming and extremely rude and inconsiderate people present.

Would I return to Palm Wings, yes but probably only for one week as a chill out venue out of the peak holiday times.

we arrived in early evening and were met by reception staff who spoke good english and were very friendly and within minutes had us whisked away to our villa in the tuc tuc whilst our 3/5 mins drive 1st thing we noticed was how clean the whole place was and on arr at villa we were pleased to see we had not bought a holiday from hell as accomidation was very good with working air con and flat screen tv slinding doors onto patio with 4 chairs/table also info pack about resort which was handy.after 5 mins unpacking into the many wardrobes/drawers into shower which was extremily good but as i am disabled i found a little difficult getting out of onto a wet floor which was flooded but i am sure this is one of the 1st things they will sort out this week when season closes on monday.we all left for our 1st meal and my brother in law sampled at least half a dozen or so main meals leaving no room to sample the many puds on offer my wife was very pleased with the the fruit selection and myself and my sister sampled the wine and beer on offer which was nice, beer was very nice on this resort unlike other resorts i have visited all in all a great start to our holiday.off to the main bar where we met lots of people who we very quickly made friends with, the animation team introduced themselves and we were involved from the off within 1 hour i was on stage in a skit which was very funny and by the end of the night i knew i was in for a good holiday.after a good nights sleep we decided to go to weekley market on local dolbus at entrance to resort its 1.25 lira per person or taxi 15 lira which we decided on,one of animation was at gate on way down town and on seeing us came over and offered us help ,he phoned us a taxi on his own mobile and in mins we were off with sebastian who spoke v,good english.market is a must for comedians/bargain hunters, we had a fantastic time.on returning to resort animation team had people doing forfits in a mad game of a darts, this continued all week.all in all we all had a fantastic time at resort, only thing that was wrong was that i booked as resort was near end of seasonand not all facilities were open but booking as a last min holiday a week before, i was extremily impressed particularly with staff in particular mustafa who really went out of his way to make sure my family had a great holiday.to the many friends we made karen/geoff,alison/ray and all others to many to list keep in touch.

This could be a good hotel but is ruined by the quality of the food. It is repetitive and lukewarm. After reading other reviews, perhaps this is better at the height of the season. Many facilities were not available as advertised - no Turkish bath, gym, hairdressers, and only one rather unattractive bar open at night. Entertainment was minimal. During our first week the Animation team were conspicuous by their absence. It picked up slightly during the second week when 2 new members were drafted in. The pool area is attractive but very slippery. Lots of steps around, some very badly lit and unmarked. It is easy to fall, as my knee can testify. Most staff were friendly and attentive, except in reception, where they were very off hand. The wardrobe door fell off, and nothing was done about it until our Rep took up the matter. We ordered a golf cart to take our luggage to reception for check out, but had to phone reception when it didn't arrive.
Having spent previous holidays in Turkey, we were very disappointed with this hotel and will not be returning. It is certainly not 4 or 5 star.

I have just returned from a half term break at the Palm Wings resort, and we really had a great time. I travelled with my husband and two children aged 16 & 12. The hotel was quiet, considering it was a school holiday, but the kids soon made friends with the other teenagers and the amination team, and they have had a brilliant week. They are already asking to go back next year. We had no complaints about the food and infact it got better as the week went on, as did the weather (it was 27 degrees on Saturday) The beach was small but peaceful and the kids enjoyed the water sports - jet ski and inflatable chair thing, which we did pay extra for, but worth it! We met some great people, and that was a good thing about it being fairly quiet, as all got to speak to each other. I would return to the hotel again, and think that overall it was excellent value for money. (may be see you there again then Mick!)

Having stayed all inclusive on most off my hols I have to say for a resort thats only been open for a short time I was impressed, not all facilities were open but if they had, I problebly could not afford to go there in peak season.

The resort is so clean my wife did not bat a eyelid which is good. Food was good, the beer was good the resort was ace, the price was v,good and most of all the staff were polite/courteous and helpful.

I would recommend this resort to anybody, if I sound like I am all in favior off this resort its because I am, this report has taken me a long time as I am a one finger computer geek so if i can do this report, give it a go, you will not be dissapointed.

We have just returned from a week at the Palm Wings resort in Turkey. This is a great hotel and I would certainly recommend going this season before it gets too expensive next year as it has just opened in July.
The food was plentiful, there was something being served almost all day From the restaurant or one of the pool and beach bars. Towards the end of the week the hot dishes were being labelled, I hope this continues beacause for vegetarians. There were lots of puddings to choose from too. The food does stay pretty much same all week, but there is so much choice that it doesn't matter. There is always something cooked fresh outside too.
The location is excellent. It was a 2 hour drive from the airport, but not too horrendous. I would say to buy your food for the journey before getting to to airport. The prices in Bodrum Airport were high. We had 3 cups of tea in plastic cups for
