altinkum is a great place the people there are kind and very understanding. look out for the apple pie guy he a legend on the beach (very funny). visit the cafe del mar just off the beach great food and very kind staff. also recommend the bars around dolphin square. also have a meal at the 4 seasons restaurant overlooking the beach the views great. but dont book at pedya aqua apartments youll be very disappointed

Not a bad place but you have to tackle all the bars and restaurants. They all try and hassle you to get you in to spend your money. Becomes a bit of a pain, you don't like to be rude and you cannot always avoud them as thay come out on to the pavement.Beaches were ok apart from dog ends!

Great resort full of British, so well catered for.
The Beach & sea were wonderful, very safe for children.
Prices quite reasonable, they have gone up in the past two years but better than Spain.

The resort was great. 3 nice beaches to choose from. We visited Marina beach which was wonderful.
Enjoyed the Saturday markets at Didem.
The bars and restaurants were great.
Had a lovely cup of turkish tea at a Barbers called New Look - well worth a visit!
The Turkish Bath at the Garden of Sun Hotel was fantastic. A great way to start the holiday!

Altinkum was a much bigger resort than we expected. It had a lovely atmosphere and was very family friendly. The tourists are mainly British. There are lots of bars and restaurants (the prices get higher as you get closer to the sea front!). We ate regularly at the outside eating area opposite the shopping centre - you could get a kebab which was a large wrap filled with your choice of meat and salad for just 4.50 lira (about £2). If you fancy a curry while you're there go to the Jasmine which is opposite the Post Office near to where the boats are moored. We went on the 5 bay boat trip which cost £10 each and included a great lunch which we all thoroughly enjoyed.

altinkum loved it.the funda resturant does great sausage butty's .the beach was clean great to walk along the front at night the shopping brill. our resturant does a great sunday roast the prices were ok a little bit dearer than last year but so is everything else anywhere. the resort it's self we all thourghly enjoyed all 8 of us .

I have been to this resort many,many times and I still find something new everytime I visit. It is ideal for all age groups and there is always something going on. The beaches are fine and at this time of year not too crowded. If you have not been here you should go and try it it`s fab.

resort was o.k ish,shame about the beaches,which need a ton or two of sand throwing down.
entertainment was good,plenty of karioki bars and discos.
would go back and visit Altinkum.Please update the revues these are well overdue, dating back to 2005.!!!!!!!!!!
