resort was clean no probs there.
resort entertainment ok.
beach standard shingle and stone, buy some beach shoes.
i would not visit again, dont believe in going to the same resort again.
all in all had a great holiday, but i like to tell it like it is, good points and bad.
i hope this has been helpfull.
go to gumbet and jasmine and have a ball like we did.
and dont forget your sun screen, while we where there, it was on the 50s, very very hot
have a great time!!

The resort was just right what we were looking for, plenty of bars and restaurants but not too loud, we wanted a holiday with a bit of nightlife but nothing too loud.
The bars and restaurants were great, the food was amazing and the Turkish people very friendly and generous.
The beach was nice, free very comfortable sunbeds, however the Turkish like you to at least buy a drink from there bar for the sunbed even if its just a water for 2 lira.
This was my first time in Turkey and I will definately be going back next year, maybe even to the Ugur.

gumbet it self was a great place, good night life. beaches were lovley but can be a very expensive place to visit. i
personally would not go on holiday to gumbet again due to the situations that occured in the ugur hotel.

this was the first time i visited gumbet, the resort was small but i think this made it more relaxed an i really enjoyed it, everyone was really friendly an i would definately go back there.

the beach is shite, its man made, and builders wouldnt even build with that sand. the restaurants put tables on the beach at night so its full of fag ends and bottle tops. the sea is worse than blackpool, its full of bags, fags, bottle tops, I saw a sanitary towel and someone else saw a condom - nice eh!!
Noisy as hell, music till all hours - everywhere, the turks in the shops are so darn rude if you dont buy totally unlike what we have seen in other turkish resorts.
Generally its shitty and over priced and would not go again - ever, such a vile place!

the resort has loads of bars and places to eat notably zetas as the food is second to none.bar street for younger ones has to many places to name but shamrocks does exactly what it says. turkish bath a must and cheap 8 lira .boat trip also worth a look and plenty of watersports ie jet skis banana boat etc beach abit pebbly on entrance but fine after a couple of metres in. for the ultimate chill laze away on the free sunbeds or giant cushions yes free and watch the sun go down.this is the first resort in 20 years that we will return to and we cant wait !!!

The resort was nice, the beach isn't great, the sea is dirty. The centre of Gumbet, is full of shops, pubs and restaurants. There is a bus stops everywhere, a bus comes every 5 minutes and takes you to Bodrum bus station in around 20 minutes from Gumbet.
