Have to try Tommy's bar (2 minutes over the road) - fantastic food and service - Also Meryhem (a 10 minute walk towards square) is absolutely the best if you like local cuisine - try the mixed meze starter - WoW!

Plenty of lovely restaurants close by, and depending if you like Boom Boom bars or places for a chill drink, everything is on your doorstep, but doesn't interfere with your sleep.

Great resort, great beach, great entertainment,great restaurants,great excursions,great views,great country and brilliant people what more can i say.

Icmeler is a little haven of peace and tranquility yet for those who wish for nightlife this can also be found there.
Entertainment is in abundance in many resteraunts and bars, but firmly sticks to the all music off by midnight rule, leaving the partying in the clubs for whose who wish to.
The beach area is shingle yet there is a wide array of watersports and pedaloes to be found there.
Given that many Icmeler owners have pets the resort is kept spotlessly clean.

One of the nicest places we've been. Clean resort with friendly people who are not too pushy and wonderful weather. Kept meeting people who came back time and again and we could understand why. We're going back this year too !

Icmeler is a lovely place people are very friendly but not over friendly like some people would describe Turkey.Fantastic for Fakes if you know your labels and know what your looking for dirt cheap just shop around some shops cheaper than others and better quality!There are some graet places to eat like Majestic,Titanic,Lighthouse,Bart Simpsons for breakfast and not forgetting Travellers Rest,Which is situated behind Barts, go and see for yourselves.The wonderboys bar is a must for entertainment there is a guy who has a tray full of cocktails on his head and runs up a tree and starts shaking it, then to prove the drinks are real serves it to the customers tables,awesome.Didnt really go to the beach as we spent our time with friends we made around the pool at one of the better hotels in icmeler..again Travellers Rest.Would go back to icmeler again but the only downside is the long transfer from Dalaman to the resort and especially after all the drop offs we flew from Newcastle at about 5.30pm and didnt arrive in resort until 7am next morning,Very hot at 40 degrees and very tiring.Enjoy Icmeler Jolly Holidays!!!!

This was our first visit to Icmeler and we were not disappointed, the resort was excellent in friendliness and cleanlines. the beach was excellent. We reccommend you go on a boat trip to the mud baths & turtle beach, you wont be disappointed.

Great resort but better for families as nearby Marmaris has more nightlife. Very clean and a great beach and less hassel from waiters and bar staff than in Marmaris. Overall excellent!

Icmeler is a fantastic holiday resort. the people are really friendly outgoing people. there is plenty to do in this resort i.e. boat trips, bar crawls if you like that sort of trip, Rhodes trip, Dalyan and trip etc.the bars are very friendly.
The Amalia is very good the staff are very friendly especially Serge, Hasan and the boss. the chef of the amalia is very very good his Sunday dinners are to die for also his chicken kebabs. the lion is another place to eat, as is Jimmy Okimos.
Jimmy and his wife are a very lovely couple. the market is a must it’s on every Wednesday the banter that they all shout is fab. Next to the Avlu3 is a sports shop the owner is fair when you are haggling with him also a laugh.
This was our first holiday to Turkey we enjoyed it so much that we are definitely going next year. the weather was very hot so take high factor sun cream. hope you enjoy it as much as we did. Say hi to everyone in Amalias from Pat & Pat.

Ichmeler was a lovely resort. Our first time to Turkey and very happy that we chose this resort. Not too busy but plenty to do. Alot of bars and restaurants, seemed too many really for the size of resort but they were all friendly and good standards. The Chef restaurant was fantastic, great food and really polite/friendly staff, we ate their 5 times !! The beach was ok, but shingle rather than sand. Alot of good value trips ran from the beach. The resort is very clean with no problems with drunks or noisy people. I would definately choose to go back to Ichmeler. Take plenty of high sun block as its 40+ most days !! (august)
