We were put in this hotel as the one we should have stayed in was closed, we found the hotel clean and very comfortable any meals we had where most enjoyable. It is run by a mother, father and 2 son's they were adorable people nothing was too much trouble for them they also have a lovely English lady working there, even if we don't stay at this hotel when we go back we always call in most evenings for a drink and to meet friends we have me while on holiday who always stay here.
If people book cheaper holidays then expect 5 star they will always be disappointed no matter where in the world they go. It is only a very short stroll to the beach along the lovely canal and market stalls, I will continue to visit this hotel as long as the same family own it.

Really sorry to be putting a review like this but this hotel deserves it, it should never been advertised as an all inclusive.
Hotel Cleanliness- Was basic the rooms were cleaned everyday but around the pool was filthy!!
Hotel food - i would rather eat dog food, all you got was food left over from last nights dinner or tea, that was either pasta with a little tomato sauce on or horrible salad.
Drinks - they only had the cheapest beer going and vodka also there raki, u did have a good selection of soft drinks but not good for me.
No music around the pool !!!!! boring hotel made you want to go out all the time.
Location - the hotel was 50 meters from beach but it took nearly 45 mins to get to the centre on marmaris.
Staff - boring people do not talk and dont try to have a laugh.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone apart from polish or russians as there seemed to like that kind of atmospehere and there was loads there.
