Stayed at Club Aida for two weeks and have very little to complain about. This hotel is great for families, there is plenty to keep the kids entertained, we have a 10 and 5 year old and both came home asking to go again next year. The hotel is well situated, 10 mins from the centre, 5 mins from the Aqua park(this does feel longer in the sun). The hotel has everything under one roof if you don't want to venture out,the prices are very reasonable and the food and drink is spot on. We didn't like the fact that you have to have to use a card system to pay as its difficult to keep track of how much your spending and watch giving the card to your kids as the staff will allow them to sign for things(even the 5 year old, to our annoyance). Expect to shell out about

Facilities in the rooms were excellent. Microwave, toaster, kettle, full fridge, two electric cooking rings. All crockery supplied. The mattresses on the beds were very comfortable, no aching backs! The hotel reception, bar and entertainment team were absolutely brilliant. Also special mention to Carol, who is an English lady living in Turkey and is the hotel customer relations person. Any problems or queries, just see Carol, she is fab. The food in the restaurant is really nice and good value for money. Waiters and Restaurant Manager are really friendly as are the bar staff. Hotel is ideally situated as the dolmus stops near to the hotel to go to the harbour or to Icmeler. A mention also to Reggie in the hairdressers, and the boys working with him, my son had his hair cut twice in two weeks and it was really nice. Big thank you to Sergio, Shaggy, DJ Chukky and Oscar, the entertainment team, what a team they are!Cannot praise this hotel enough. First time in Turkey and this will not be the last at the Club Aida.

We ate in the hotel several times and the food was excellent particularly the steaks which were cooked to perfection. Prices very reasonable as were drinks. The lunchtime menu and quality was also very good. My children ate well and had something different most days. The room was exceptionally clean and I am very particular about this, as were all public areas as well.
The location was good away from the noise. Go straight down by Club Alize opposite the hotel and this will take you straight in to town/the beach.
We had a good meal at Realx Restaurant in town and the music they play there was really relaxing(even with 2 kids in tow).
The hotel staff are all really friendly especially the entertainment team who really love the kids. My youngest tried the kids club a couple of times and he loved it and came out with some lovely paintings. Their room there is also air oonditioned. My kids had a hair cut whilst there and Reggie's guys did a really good job.
The slides in the little pool are great for the kids and kept my two amused for 4 hours a day. There is no sunbed problem at this hotel. We got down to the pool after 10 a couple of times and found sunbeds straight away. If you do want to be near the little pool I would advise putting your towels out by 9am though which I think most people can live with.
Trips- go to Turtle Beach on a boat trip, a must for all kids and a cheap trip too- we booked with the company down the road to the right of the hotel. The beach there is out of this world- you can feel the sand under your feet well in to the sea!
I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel. It really is fantastic and very good value for money.

Just returned from a weeks holiday at Club Aida. Had a brilliant time! The hotel is really clean inside, nothing can go wrong with the rooms it's well up to scratch :) The staff were fantastic really kind & unbelievably great with kids. I went with my friend, mum, uncle & his partner. We had a great time. The entertainment wasn't great, the entertainment is mostly for kids, don't get me wrong they have a different thing on every night but yeah as i said mostly for kids. When we go again most nights we will probably just go out & the odd nights just sit in. The location is well good! It's next to loads of shops, you've got mcdonalds aswell, beach is only 5 mins away/nightclubs also, loads of restaurants just outside hotel, phonebox etc. The food in the hotel was good aswell i suppose couldn't go wrong. The hairdressers were great well experianced! I got my hair done & a manicure, defo go to the hairdressers lol. The pool is quite deep for kids so make sure your kids can swim obviously or you wouldn't want them drowning! They have a lil shop upstairs that sells mostly of what you need plenty of food & you can buy lilos & floaters for pool also. The photographer is fantastic! I got loads of pictures taken, so certainly get pictures taken when your there! The only thing i would say is you will notice your money goes down quite quick on your cards because you don't pay with your money at the bar & stuff you put it onto a card every now & again, just watch wisely on what you are buying often. Well thats about it really, anyway good luck if your going to Club Aida i hope you enjoy it like i did, going back again in August hopefully :D. Emma-Jane ...x

Just returned from another great week at Club Aida. Arrived at reception to be greeted by lots of members of staff who were also there last year, check in was quick and easy. Room was fine and was kept very clean and tidy by our maid only complaint would be one of the beds in the sitting room were not very comfortable for a tall 14 year old and the aircon should be in the whole apt and not just the bedroom. Hotel and Marmaris was quiet compared to last year and you could get a sun bed anytime of the day. All staff very friendly and went out of their way to make sure you had a great time. Once you joined in an activity they remembered your name but you never felt pushed into doing anything. Had a Turkish bath in the spa which was ok but I would say we have had better, both my son and husband had shaves and haircuts at Reggies and they were both great. Card systems worked ok but remember to keep checking your balance on your slips and you can also request a print out of what you have spent from reception. There are two English ladies who live in Turkey working for the hotel that get to know everyone and are there to help with any problems any one has. Enjoyed the entertainment during the day, they tried their best on a night but I think they need more professional acts. If you have young children they had a good children

Club Aida is a lovely hotel, immaculate!!! The rooms have all you need, and at least twice a week, were beautifully set, beds decorated with flowers etc, our maid Bergil was absolutely fantastic and so friendly. The check in was very fast and efficient, you are in your room with your bags which are delivered by the staff within 10 minutes. It is situated in a very nice area, the pool is absolutely huge, it was lovely, the slides are off the pool, to the back of the hotel. But definatley no need to put towels out, there are enough beds for all the guests. You put money on a card to pay for everything however, this cuts off at 11.45 am on your last day, and they just say holiday finished, we only had a few lira left on ours, but, if every single guest has this, then the hotel is making a fortune, and who gets the money?
The Spa and staff are lovely, very friendly and no pushing to take their services, this cannot be said of the jewellers, when the jewellers realised we would not be buying anything, he just stopped talking to us, after pestering us for the first 3 days, the jeweller at the Club Candan was so nice in comparison, we all bought jewellery from him, his service was fantastic, the jeweller in the Aida, I would not trust.
The waiter service, this was ridiculous, I waited 40 minutes for beans on toast which was cold, this was typical of the waiter service, when you sat down, you had to try at least 10 minutes to get their attention, do check all receipts as they can rip you off, they are mostly interested in the young girls, the length of conversation here was always about are you English, no Scottish, ahhh Glasgow Rangers......no , then the rest of the week apparently you are only known by them saying Glasgow Rangers to you, maybe funny first couple of times, but, would be nice to actually ask my name and not what if any football team I support. That aside they weren
