Happy days it is not,although the cleaners did attend most days ,sheets were changed and towels,my wife had money taken from purse out of drawer in room,befor leaving cleaner knocked and asked for tip money,staff were awfull unhelpfull and one of the bar staff first night rude and aggressive never spent a penny in hotel after that,ok if you are wanting just a bed to sleep on ,utensils disgusting,chairs so dirty i had to put towels over to sit on,arms broke off one of them,cooker had no knobs on,and bed base and shower base disgusting,pool was cleaned about 10 days after arriving but spent all our hols down at beach wich is lovely,have stayed in marmaris 23 times and never experienced anything like it,so i know what to expect!it was cheap but so are all other apts nrby,if you are young female and only want to get drunk and a bed to lie on then it is ok,also the music is so loud all local bars and apts complain it does stop at midnight but the drunken rowdyness dosnt believe me.

We have just returned from Happy Days and I cannot wait to return next year.
The rooms are basic but are cleaned on a daily basis, fresh towels and nedding every second day.
The staff are great and make up for the rooms being soo basic.
Our daughter is 2 and they could not have been more helpful.
When we arrived at 4am we were greeted and helped with our luggage then each time we were at the hotel bar/restuarant/pool the friendly and entertaining staff could not have been more helpful.
Prices are quite high for drinks but probably just as much as you would be here for alcohol unless you drink beer then you should get one for around

The hotel was really apolling, the rooms was basic & dirty. This was the most shocking place I've ever being too where do do you start, if you rolled all of the negative reviews together you still can't comprehend being there. Drinks are too highly priced although food wasnt too badly priced, the second night we didnt eat there and from then on i felt that we was treated differently. u cant take your own drinks around pool which is fair enough, rooms are not suitable for self catering no utensils etc, bedding does not get changed, electrics were a joke & unsafe esp for children. staff were rude and were only intrested in chating up us or any other young feamale that was available. ***** was rude & did not want to speak to us from the second day as we never eat there the second day, then because of their attitude towards us we didnt eat there for reminder of the holiday, why pay double for drinks etc when u can go 2 mins down road and pay half the price?? although we drank there in day and went there a few nights,and sumtimes before we hit the beach front, entertainment was basically ******* and boys dancing and flirting constantly with young girls, me & the 3 other girls i went with felt that we was constantly harrased by them especially the waiter, who was a ladies man and we saw adleast 4 girls he kissed in 1 night and yet he still tried it on with me & another 1 of the girls who come with us. However they do work long hours & have poor pay.
i would not recomend this hotel to any 1 esp if you have children, its ok for just a place to sleep. we love Turkey & have been many times before to marmaris but i wouldnt stay here ever again its worse than faulty towers. also they need pest control between the creepy crawlies & CATS!

I stayed in club happy days at begtinning of july with my 2 daughters and my eldest daughters friend. this hotel is fantastic!! we were here last year also and its as good,even better as tiger an family are making improvements slowly yet surely. the place is clean and tidy, rooms are bright and airy. the pool is fab, even i didnt mind making a show of myself sliding down the great slide!
the entertainment is great,we never left the complex as everthing you need is there and we have been to turkey many times now and the entertainment is basically similar anywhere you go. its the friendly attitude of the staff that makes this place a great place to be, you can chill or go a bit nuts and they laugh with you not at you!! thank god!!
hopefully be back in september for a week out of reality!

the hotel was great, we read some bad
reviews of it but were surprised when it
was the complete opisit, the rooms were
basic and very spotless, the food was great
alot of option to the menu table service all
day , you could get your breakfast all through
the day and same with dinner starting from 7 till
late. the entertainment was great the staff got
you up dancing all the time and there were alot
of dance groups etc that came every night very
enjoyable, the staff are so friendly and make
you feel welcome id defonetly come back again
this has been one of the best holidays we've had .

matthew,micheal,david,nico,jake,robert && tiger for
an amazing holiday x

I stayed in Club Happy days in June 09. It was fabulous, the staff cant do enough for you day or night, really friendly.
(for those who reviewed below re october, the way i look at it is if you worked 7 days a week 12-15 hours a day for 6 months you might be a bit fed up at the end of it too, i know its their job but we are all only human!!
Food was great with good prices. Anyone complaining about the bar prices need to realise that if you want a 'branded' drink i.e. smirnoff or Jack Daniels you will pay well over what we pay here due to the facy that they have to import it - so instead of moaning just drink their own brands (Turkish voddie is stronger than ours anyway :)
Entertainment was great, something on everynight and rooms were cleaned on a daily basis.

we arrived in june,having heard a few negative reports
but from day1 the staff could not been more helpful,
the rooms were basic but spotless,the girls were in every day cleaning,changing towels sheetsevery other day.we ate at the restaurant on a few occassions and the quality was very good at reasonable cost.armutalan
is perfect for us,every thing we needed was there,and town centre is only 15-20 mins walk.the bar staff and waiters were great fun,involving everyone in entertainment,nothing was too much bother,and had great banter with guests,genuinely nice guys.
entertainment was a wee bit predictable,but we have been coming to marmaris for a lot of years and have probably seen every show and the rest.we would
definitely stay here again,no probs.

When me, my mam and my brother traveled to turkey we were supposed to go as self catering but when we got there we thought it would be easier to pay there to go half board so we stayed self catering for the first week and then in the second wee we went half board and it was the best thing that we have done because it was only 145 lire for a week which includes breakfast and drink and then evening meal with drink.
The part we stayed in was the B Block and room 102 on the first floor. the rooms were basic but we didn't care because it was only a place to put out head down. the maids are great and really friendly. they clean your rooms at least 3 times a week.
I am glad we stayed in Club Happy Days as it was a 5 min walk to get the aqua dream which was the biggest water park and had 100 slides. it was also great because there was restaurants everywhere you came out of the club happy days.
The staff are the best part about club happy days because without these people you wouldn't be happy at all. they will do anything to make you happy. and boy did they make me happy. i especially want to mention, jay jay, Lil romeo, big romeo, Taylor, Matthew, David, sally, ricardo, aziss, michael, bobby, ronaldo. <<< these people are the best ever and i cant wait till i come back next year because i miss you's so much. Club Happy Days wouldnt be happy without these staff!!!!
You cant fault the entertainment, there is at least 3 or 4 different things on everysingle night and the one i loved the most was the full monty haha. i loved the entertainment because it was that good ! Everything about Club Happy Days is amaziin. I am defanetly going to miss the people above the most (L) x x x x

We have been so dissappointed with this hotel after reading all the good reviews. The bar is really overpriced, the food not to badly priced. the entertainment was nothing as described there was one waiter plodding about the dance floor trailing the odd customer up for a dance. The rooms are really tired looking and the beds and bedlinen have seen better days just good for dusters. the cleaners no complaint about them. The staff are a bit scary one night even seen one of there girlfriends being ordered to their room and then punched in the face when she didnt obey, i dont welcome my chid seeing this. I would defo say this was not a god base for a family holiday as all they seem to want to do is look and admire them self. The only good thing about happy days was the weather. will never be back be warned the reviews are all wrong, the hotel staff got one because there was no zero.

well what a let down. have looked forward to going back to this hotel for a late week in the year what a complete waste of my money. no entertainment,and no staff hardly, what staff they had left didn,t really want to be there you could tell. Was told earlier in the year by the so called boss Tiger about all the improvements that he was going to do to this hotel, what a laugh it is a disgrace, to think i moan about my house which is like a palace compared to this place. no bloody furniture in rooms and also no utensils to cook with hence having to go out and spend more money. the bedclothes are not fit to be put on beds surprised they come out of the washing machines in one piece. They tell you they are open all year please dont go here over the winter they are NOT OPEN.
The prices that are charged at this hotel is a joke walk a few yards and eat for half the price. When i was there it was mostly family that was left in hotel, cant believe they showed how they treat there women in public it was a total disgrace to see a female hit in the face with her boyfriend. You dont go on holiday to see this behaviour and when i complained no-one wanted to know. Found out later in the holiday this woman was getting married to him how sad is she.
Back in england he would be lifted for less. All of the area around this hotel was closed too. Why do they tell you it is a year round complex when i have witnessed it clearly is not. The people that were at the hotel tried to enjoy themselves as they had paid to be here. Will never be back will try somewhere else as i really have seen the truth the hard way, what a sham
