Hotel is located in a good position and is five mins to the beach which is very lucky as the pool is no longer there and has been replaced with a shopping centre! Word is that the owner is building a swimming pool on top of the shopping centre.
Staff were fantastic and took complaints about the pool in their stride. The hotel cleaning staff were very friendly and the level of cleanliness within the hotel is very good. As it is only bed & breakfast don't go looking for that traditional Scottish fry up as it is a Turkish breakfast that is served every morning!
The staff in the hotel make up for the lack of a good breakfast & no pool as were only too willing to show you the sights of Marmaris if they have time!!

We did book for B&B but never managed to get out of bed in time.
Rooms were very clean, and cleaners and hotel staff very friendly.
Only downside was dripping water pipe from ceiling in bathroom!
Location was noisy as on main road but ideal for being close to beach and shops etc.
