The Hotel was great.
The entertainment was excellent, both the children and the adults were pleased with all aspects.
The staff were really fun and certainly up for a laugh.
I'd definitely go back again! Couldn't recommend it more. This is THE hotel to go to!
It only took 10 minutes to get to town centre and 15 to get to the beach. Great location and there were loads of theme parks and water parks around for the kids!
The place was definitely clean and really healthy.
Food was delicious. Amy particularly enjoyed the omelettes!

Small and friendly hotel with a warm welcome, we were befriended by all who worked there. Small pool, quiet hotel, small friendly bar open after other bars close, clean appartments. Surrounded by several bars and restaurants and 5 minute dolmus ride into main centre (which drops you opposite Tansas supermarket- 20p).. Ideal. I'd definately stay there again. We all thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and it was only enhanced by the hospitality we received.

I think that the Epic Hotel was Brillient.The staff was really helpful and when you needed them they was allways there,also it was really clean exellent entertainmeent.

i think this hotel was the best everyone was friendly and was happy to help. they was brill with the kids dancing with them. my dad came with me and he said that 2 of the staff was small and big so he called them little and large.It only took us 10mins to get to the town center. Jimmy boy was kind when i went his grandad was the boss he was brill too.
