We were a family group of 7 with all ages, from 9 to 48 and each of us had a great holiday at a hotel to which we would all return again.

Obviously because the hotel caters for a number of different nationalities, the food was varied to accommodate all tastes, some people are more conservative than others, but within our group even our fussy 9 year old and even fussier 18 year old never went hungry. The seperate childrens buffet section had food any normal english child would enjoy, and as an adult you could choose this menu if you found nothing on the normal continental selection.
We found the huge range of both hot and cold foods available fantastic and unfortunately put on a few pounds whilst staying at the pineta.

Entertainment staff worked tirelessly for little reward from mostly apathetic british but enthusiastic germans and dutch, who yes did beat us to the sun loungers, but despite that we always had seats around the pool.

All staff were incredibly efficient and spoke excellent english, we never encountered any problems with attitude or disinterest, the bar staff were a little dour - could this be a muslim attitude to alcohol?

In all, the only fault we could find with this hotel, were the swimming pools, not the cleanliness, which was excellent, but the depth, all pools had a minimum depth of 1.5 metres, great for swimmers, but not for children. They did have a very small garden paddling pool size section, but a lower depth in the pool would have been better.

In all, a good holiday, and a hotel to which we would and probably will return.

I and my family went to the Club Hotel Pineta for two weeks. The hotel is nice and clean and the staff are friendly.

The entertainment is not very good but the staff tried their best to make it good and are very friendly. A mini disco starts at nine o

Well where to start. There were a lot of foreign folk here, we were 1 of 6 English families staying at the time, out of the entire hotel which was full. The sister hotel is next door and we were not allowed to use this as it was a 4 star hotel(ours being 3),they came over to use the pool and put their towels on the sun beds at 6am. On 4 occasions the hotel had private functions and we were asked to move from the largest pool so they could set the area up for weddings etc (no guests invited).

The bar closed when the so called entertainment was on, for a hour and half, same thing every night.

The All Inclusive is not value for money at all

Just returned from a very enjoyable holiday in Turkey at the Pineta. This hotel is spotlessly clean. I struggle to recall one occasion where I walked from one part of the hotel to another when I didn't see somebody cleaning something. They even clean the bases of the parasols. Once during dinner, a guest dropped a small bowl of food, within 30 seconds a team of four cleaners plus a supervisor where hot on the case.

The food was excellent and plentiful. All tastes are catered for but the menus are basically local in nature (You are in Turkey afterall!!) Anybody wanting a diet of fast food and chips may be disappointed (We didn't and weren't)

The local beer and wine was fine and despite it being on tap from 10am to midnight, I saw no drunken or rowdy behaviour from any guests throughout our stay.

The location is perfect. Marmaris is a big and busy resort but this hotel is on the edge of the town and away from the main hustle and bustle. If you want to go to the town centre, its only a 10 minute 40p bus ride away. The beach is a few minutes walk but there is no real space to speak of and the surface is shale (no sand). There are plenty of water sports on the beach at a reasonable price. In the main, we prefered the pool areas which were clean and spacious but if you want a sun lounger, you needed to be up and ready by 0730. On one morning, staff lifted all the early morning towels which was very popular with the majority of guests, many who were used to being without a sun lounger. However, I would have liked them to do this more often (preferably every morning!)

The staff at the hotel are its main asset. The vast majority are polite, friendly and very helpful. As with all establishments, there are exceptions but they are few and far between and didn't you ever have a bad day?

The entertainment needs some improvement. Day time pool games were predictable and repetative and the evening entertainment ranged from the birdy song to arm wrestling contests! The hotel are aware that they need to improve this aspect so hopefully there will be some changes in the future.

Any other complaints about this hotel would just be picky. This is a friendly, clean, well run hotel and there is every chance that we will be returning in the near future.

was really looking forward to this holiday but got to see what the food was like we could't wait to get home. There was nothing catered for english people, except for chips. My boy was taken ill and put on a drip caused by somebody messing in the swimming pool. The only good thing about this holiday was that we all came home with a good tan. We will praise the restuarant across the road from the pineta called the Emporium for its fantastic food.

we found this hotel very clean, food was ok breakfast was very poor, snacks were ok but only 2 hours in afternoon(2-4) evening meal we found ok but lacking in choice. the location of the hotel we found very good(5 minutes from beach). the hotel staff were all very helpfull if you had a problem or quiery they would sort it very quickly. the entertainment in the daytime was very good with everyone joining in around the pool, the evening entertainment was very poor you couldnt even get a drink (bar would close while the entertainment was on). over all we had a wonderful 2 weeks holiday and would return in the future

We booked this holiday with Regal based on a 4star all inclusive when really it was only a 3star. We never had any hot water and when complained was told it was a big hotel and everybody getting showered at the same time. Food was poor especially for my two children who very rarely liked anything. We found ourselves eating out on many occasions good job it was cheap. There was not enough storage space for our clothes and all taps in bathroom were rusty but did have replaced after complaining. On the last day while my son still asleep age six a six foot piece of plaster fell off the wall landing on top of him making his mouth bleed inside and bruising his cheek when i complained they never asked how he was just asked if we wished to change rooms when earlier on in the holiday when moaning about room weren't allowed to chage rooms. wouldn't stay here again ever but would stay at Pineta Park deluxe.

Just arrived back from the Hotel Pineta after spending one week, and do not feel refreshed at all. Problems with Hotel, that we encountered:
1 - Room not ready on arrival for 2 1/2 hours.
2 - Room provided was for a party of 3 rather than 4.
3 - Entertainment was repetitive.
4 - Drinks were not served during entertainment hours. You had to leave the area and move to one of other bars if you wanted to carry on drinking.
5 - Ice cream is not included within the all-inclusive package and has to be purchased seperately. No good if you have children.
6 - Snacks are only available between 2pm and 4pm.
7 - No hot water when taking showers after 6pm.

However, I will congratulate the hotel on the cleanliness.

I will certainly not be taking my family back to this hotel, and recommend that any families looking to stay here, stay well clear!! Oh yes, and be prepared to wait two hours outside Dalaman Airport on departure. A common problem during the high season I was informed.

Just returned from 2 weeks at the Pineta. Very dissapointed with the food having 4 children in our party they hardly ate anything and we found ourselves eating out alot.
Breakfast was very limited if you like eggs your sorted boiled eggs or scrambled eggs take your pick.

We found we had to get up early just to get a sunbed having children you like to be close to the pool. Some towels were placed on sunbeds as early as 5:30 in the morning! When people complained the staff moved the towels off this was ok for a couple a days then returned back to how it was before.

Can't really comment on the entertainment as we went out every night because we found it difficult to find a seat.

Location is good with a Water Park on your doorstep and only 5 mins to the beach.

We went to the Pineta, also thinking that it was a four star hotel but it was only a three star. In our room were two single beds pushed together and a camp bed for our son which was like a breeze block. The air conditioning in the room was leaking so it did not function efficiently and we were facing the Mosque where they were praying at 5am almost every night.

The food was the worst food we have ever been served, it consisted of salad, wheat, pasta, meat and veg which was all mushed up.

The location of the hotel was good but the staff behind the bars looked as if they did not want to be there and did not speak to us at all. The staff behind the reception were very friendly and very helpful. We did not bother with the entertainment as this was terrible.

We would never visit this hotel again.
