This was our first family holiday so didn't quite know what to expect. Chose to go with Thomson because of their reputation but there is no need to go with a large company as the resort is run by locals and your rep is only a point of contact. Everywhere is very clean, food is great unless you have fussy kids, they might get fed up with the same thing, but plenty of choice if you will try anything. Hotel staff are all really friendly and helpful, from the cleaners to the managers. Entertainment team are fantastic. They all work extremely hard and long hours and are very entertaining. They try to get to everyone not always remembering your name but then they do see a lot of guests over the whole season. We all enjoyed our holiday so much we will be going again next year!!!!

The all inclusive option is great at this hotel. The food is superb and cooked by really friendly chefs, who offer to show you around the kitchen and how your favorite dish is made.
From the cleaning staff though to the managers the staff are really warm and friendly, and nothing seems to much for them to make your stay a great one.
The hotel is situated on the most photgraphed beach in Turkey and the sunset views are astounding.
The entertainment team work exceedingly hard and are really great.

There was me (37) Husband (39) Children 10 and 7. It is a lovely and frendly hotel. The rooms are small . We should have had a family room but we had a double bed and 2 small beds in our room. The food is excellent but my husband did get a bit fed up with the food on the second week.
There was food and drinks on all day. The pool was very small and you had to get up very early to get a sunbed. The pool is not big enough for the amount of people it holds. Sometimes I would go to the children's pool where it is was quiet and empty. The hotel staff were very friendly and so were the Entertainment staff. The sea was dangerous and deep. The shops are great and cheap and the Market on the tuesday. I am going back to Olu Deniz in August 2004 but I am staying in Sun City it looked nice Has anyone stayed there ?

Stayed at this hotel July 2003, had a fantastic time. There was six of us in the party Husband (42) myself (37) Mother(63) Father (80) Kids(8and 11)
Grounds were beautiful with some extraordinary plants.
Restraunt was inside and outside with a snackbar in the Olive gardens
Food was of avery good standard with puddings to die for
Very clean and hygenic
dont expect bacon and eggs for brekkie though
sausage, eggs and omelettes made fresh plus all the other usual stuff cereals, toast jams cheese ham etc.
Snacks included fries, burgers, toasted sandwiches, fresh fruit and great ice cream.
Pizzas(turkish style) made fresh most days in the afternoon
Bar staff very good didn't have to wait long to get served
very good measures
they do not serve alcohol to under 18's very good variety of soft drinks including Pepsi,Seven up and Fanta
also squash
quite a small pool area for the amount of people(not that this bothered any of us) have to get to the sunbeds early if you want one
2 minute walk to the beach
absolutley stunning although its too deep and dangerous for small children
Even for us adults it was difficult to get out but what fun we had.
quite a small complex so the kids were very safe they made loads of friends and had a great time
Pool games were played during the day
Entertainment staff worked really hard
although to get a seat and table in the evening you have to be early otherwise you have to sit in the arena seats
Rooms were quite small but ok could of done with being just a tad bigger., but very clean with a good bathroom
The childrens club was brilliant with a lovely pool although we had no use for it.
Bus takes you to the lagoon twice a day and brings you back of course this is a beautiful place that you must go and visit
shops are close by selling the usual fake designer gear that you find everywhere in Turkey very resonable in price
Short walk to the bars and restraunts
Did not have any trouble with mossies but it was very very hot
Did a few excursions Boat trip, safari, beware the reps show is rubbish (JMC)
Did the paragliding and am so glad as it was fantastic would definately do it again

this was our first holiday to turkey (& wasn't our last). The hotel was excellent - food to die for (especially the sweets) - really varied menu & also the usual chips & pizza etc for the less adventurous. We prefer to drink rum - so wasn't too impressed with the option - but their version of brandy (which I don't normally like) was very nice) & the fact that you could buy a bottle of Bacardi in Hissonaru for buttons didn't really break the bank anyway. Cleanliness wasa brilliant - though our room was set into cliff face & so there was a problem with damp in the wardrobes (which were built onto cliff face). We kept wardrobes open - which would have dealt with it - but the cleaners kept shutting the doors. Entertainment staff brilliant - worked all day & a good show at night. of the hotels we have visited in turkey since this was definately the best from the point of view of food & friendliness & entertainment. Also location - althouh away (slightly) from main resort still gave easy access & time to get back for meals (which cut down on any extra (unecessary) costs. Also liked that the clientele were multi-national - daughter made friends with an Italian family - & we were very aware that she was safe - given the staff & how they looked out for children. However we believe the hotel has changed hands since our visit so can't say what it is like now - but it certainly spoiled us for future hols in Turkey. it was also the best AI we have ever been on for value. The area itself is also beautiful & we got out on several trips (organized by travel company reps & on our own)

This was a fabulous hotel, the staff were lovely and went out of there way to entertain kids, Gary was 13 when we went but a very fussy eater, he tried more foods here than in his life, and when there was nothing he liked the chef cooked the kids sausages, and pancakes, The presentation was brilliant. One night they made a cake in the shape of a crocadile and nobody would cut it as it looked so good! the deserts we really nice. there are burgers and chips mid morning if your teenager dosent want to get up for breakfast. There was security on both gates and they question kids wanting to leave the resort alone at night. The private beach had free drinks with staff to help lift up the pedloes and canoes. There are drinking water taps all around the resort to fill up bottles to take back to your room. At the shop is a profeshinal photographer thet will atke you photo in the goergeous sunset over looking the beach. The rooms were cleaned immaculate. The entertainment was good and they involve the kids. Because you were bands around your wrist when you leave the resort you dont get hassled to go in resturants. I would recomend this resort to any family. you wont be dissapointed.
