This hotel has everything that you need on your holiday the rooms are always kept very well, the maids do a brilliant job.
Food is great and there is a good range to chose from the chefs like to have a laugh with you and are very funny.
Entertainment is from morning to night, water polo/exercise/darts/disco/tennis/films and lots more.
The location is good you can't really get any better. Through the back gates, and the beach is there with lots of shops all along the front.
The staff are always very helpful and always well presented.
One couple in our party went to Cuba this year in May stayed at a Sandals resort and said that it was not as good this resort so that say enough really. We love it here and can not wait till next October.

The food was good and gave you a chance to try some Turkish dishes but also did the usual chips and pasta etc.
We stayed on the last week of the hotels opening and the entertainment staff were exchausted from working a long summer but didn't show it, they were very good.
I would come back to this hotel again probably with my friends as it was very relaxing.

The food was good for the first couple of days but then we did get a bit tedius, There is plenty of local resturants you can visit at really low prices!
Hotel location was just right, the beach just situated at the front and the water is so clear and blue.
Well the entertainment crew made you laugh, sing and dance all the time, with plenty of games to take part in. The only thing i can really say is that some days the entertainment was abit slack, maybe because they were tired i dont know but maybe they should work on that. I would return to the hotel, with friends as i think it is ideal for 18-25.

Disappointed that neither ourselves nor our friends were allocated the double rooms that we had booked with First Choice. Spent the first day and a half getting the rooms sorthed out. Reception staff were not helpful on the first day of our arrival. Luckily different staff sorted the room out on the second day for us.
Restaurant staff were obiging and helpful at all times.
Food was excellent - best we've had anywhere. Lots of variety and choice, and all very well cooked. Well presented. Never run out of anything.
Bar staff were not particularly helpful and kept giving plastic glasses. Did not appreciate it when asked for them to be changed to glass.
Hotel cleanliness was good. Lovely grounds but rooms very basic. Fridge was ineffective and failed to keep the water cold.
Hotel location was good, right by the beach.
Needed to pay for beds and umberella daily but the charge was quite cheap. Hotel provided a drinks dispenser on the beach and also nibbles at 4p.m. daily.
Would return if returning to Turkey.

As others have said on this site, the food is wonderful. I'm a bit fussy, especially where meat is concerned but the choice was brilliant. There was always a good selection of fresh vegetables salad and fresh fruit at every meal. My daughter, who is 7 and a very picky eater was always able to find something that she liked in the restaurant. The snack are good too with a different selection at different times of the day. Every 2-3 days, in the restaurant, there was a chef cooking pasta. You choose what you wanted cooking from a very varied selection of meat vegetables and pastas and the chef would cook this thoroughly and add very tasty sauces, and when cooked added cheese and parsley. A super meal.
The hotel is right on the sea front and on the edge of the resort, so noise could not be heard from other bars, and is set against a mountain side. Makes a lovely change from tower blocks. Our room was on the ground floor and was quite cool, even without the air conditioning. It was a bit on the samll side, but adequate for the two of us. This was a twin, and I think that the double rooms a a bit bigger.
The hotel staff are very friendly and always give good service. There was a cheeky little monkey at the snack bar who ( I think his name is Orman), if you aksed for two chips, gave you just that - two chips - and watch out for the double icecream cone. The entertainment team worked very hard too, giving super shows and making sure that everyone was included. Nelly was great, and you must join her in water gym and Turkish lessons. The staff also love it if you try to speak a bit of Turkish, and politely help you out if it's not quite right.

The food, entertainment and overal cleanliness was second to none. The choice and presentation of the food was fantastic and we never tired of the all inclusive choice. Sunbeds were a problem once the schools broke-up. Most were gone by 7.30a.m! The beach was a stone's throw away although the sea might be dangerous for poor swimmers or children as the breakers were strong and it became deep quickly.

The location is in a good position of Olu Deniz resort.
The food is of a good quality (although lacks variety).
Other important facilities such as the swimming pool and evening seating area need serious and urgent review. To elaborate, you would expect a four star hotel to have an appropriate size pool and sun loungers to accommodate the guest. Not likely, the pool area was unbearable. Sardine city.......the pool was jam packed, and in the whole two weeks there we were unable to get sun loungers.
Again, in the evening the lack of tables and chairs meant we had no option but to go outside of the hotel for drinks and to ensure that we were able to sit down and relax with out autistic child. Certainly, not an appropriate hotel for children with special needs.
The room was unbearably small (there were 4 of us), with damp and smelly carpets. The style was extremely old fashioned.
The pool on the hill side was much more suitable, but had no facilities i.e. toilets or food. But much better than the main pool.
Value for money.........not in our case, for we had to resort to going outside the hotel in order to sit down and have a drink. Furthermore, the is a charge for fresh orange, which was seemed a cheek for an all inclusive hotel (so we had to pay towards my vodka and orange each time!!).
Would I recommend this hotel? Not as a four star, in my opinion it is more like a 2 - 3 star.
If you like sitting side by side with others on sun loungers, don't have toddlers to worry about (for there is no chance of getting a lounger by the pool), don't mind standing all evening for a drink, and aren't bothered by damp smelly carpet rooms, then go for it! But me, never again. Although, we did meet some lovely people whom we will remain friends with.
